"The location of the Villas is about 10 minutes Grab Bike ride from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is cozy and quite big, and the jacuzzi definitely got quite a bit of use. I have seen a lot of comments complaining about the debris in the hot tub, tbh there will always be some sinew there are plants just next to it so is common sense to give a tinge with some soap and clean it before use. There is also laundromat, supermarket (2 minutes walk), and convenience store near by, making the overall stay very convenient. Moreover there are plenty of restaurants/cafes on the Main Street and a cool Cowboy bar. Overall the stay was great, with some small mentioned (villa across from the street"

"This was the perfect place to stay when I first arrived in Bali. The private plunge pool in the room was such a nice touch, and I was warmly welcomed by Lintang, which made the start of my trip even more enjoyable. The location is great too — Icon Bali is just a short walk away, so it was easy to grab food or pick up anything I needed. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Nandita — such a polite and honest person who truly cares about guests. The food was delicious every time, and breakfast had lovely optional choices to suit everyone. I especially loved one of the mocktails (photo below!) — it was amazing. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and tasty food. Highly recommended!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. "The hotel was near the bar street, and it was a bit noisy at night, but because of the tiredness during the day, I fell asleep on the bed. The hotel pool didn't enjoy it very well, it was very clean. It took 20 minutes to walk to Carrefour and take a taxi for 5 minutes. It cost 9 yuan hahaha, so affordable! New hotel, the link is not bad, more economical, close to Seminyak, convenient transportation and shopping"

"Facilities: exclusive use of the entire walled suite, including a large bed, cloakroom, living room, kitchen, and outdoor bathtub swimming pool, and toilet (yes, the toilet is outdoors, but it is very private) Sanitation: The sanitation is good. Environment: The entire internal environment of the room is very good and impeccable. But the location of the room is in the alley (there are alleys everywhere in Seminyak). There are many motorcycles in the alley and street, and the exhaust gas is unbearable. But it's not the hotel's fault, the whole of Bali is like this except for the large hotels with their own separate courtyards and spaces. Service: Their office is next door to this suite, and they can help you call a car, etc. If you have any questions, you can contact them directly. The service is very professional."

"It’s a superb location along the main street in Seminyak, surrounded by restaurants and massage parlours, and minutes away from Seminyak Sq. Staff were friendly and helped me promptly to resolve an issue with an extremely noisy family in the room beside mine. But as a female solo traveller, the ceiling to floor glass panels right beside the toilet bowl and shower area made me extremely uneasy. The glass panels faced a wall but there was a small ledge outside, could fit one person by width. It was locked during my stay and I was told no one could open it from outside. But what about cameras or people upstairs? The next day as I found out, there was renovation carried out in the room right above mine and I could see people standing on the ledge above my room. I dunno if they could see through the gaps in the ledge and into my washroom but I made sure not to use my bathroom all day until the renovation ended. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I feel the glass panels could be frosted or blinds could be installed on that side, just like how the panels facing the room are frosted and come with blinds. The walls of the room also seem rather thin. Doesn’t help that mine was a connecting room with a door to the next room, so I could hear every convo next door and the slamming of the bathroom door and main door, and also a kid who was bouncing a beach ball against the wall and room floor. The staff took action to remind the customers next door but I guess that can’t be there every minute. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep until wee hours of the night when the family finally stopped talking. In all, I think I would return due to the location. The hotel would be even better if the glass panel issue in the bathroom could be resolved!"

"We booked this hotel in Kuta, Bali, because of its boutique-style design, and visually, it did not disappoint. The interior is beautifully decorated, and everything looks stunning. The service was absolutely top-notch—the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location near Kuta Beach is convenient in theory, but the reality is quite different. The beach itself is completely covered in trash, and the surrounding area is full of homeless people and beggars. You get approached constantly, which makes walking around quite uncomfortable. This was a completely different side of Bali than what we had expected. Unless you’re here specifically for surfing, Kuta is not a great place to stay if you’re looking for relaxation and tranquility. The hotel’s rooftop terrace is very nice, and the pool is also quite enjoyable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is great, and while the food and drinks are decent, nothing really stood out. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown—it looked amazing but didn’t taste nearly as good as expected. The biggest issue with the hotel is the humidity. There is a persistent musty smell throughout the entire property, and despite the housekeeping staff’s best efforts (including air fresheners), it never really goes away. It seems like the hotel may have serious water damage, as there were visible water stains and condensation spots on the ceilings, some of which had clearly been painted over. This significantly impacted our overall impression of the hotel. While the design, service, and rooftop areas were fantastic, the humidity issues were a deal-breaker for us. If another hotel offered the same level of service and aesthetics without these problems, we would choose to stay elsewhere."

"Lovely place to stay for Honeymoon couple. Service was great. They made thoughtful effort to make our stay special. We were there for our third anniversary celebration. They decorated the bed with flowers. The room housekeeping was perfect. On our first night, we were out the whole day and it was a pleasant surprise to see a flower petaled note ”Good Night” on the bed. The common tropical mosquito/insect issue was mitigated by them spraying insect repellant in the room. Contrary to some negative reviews here about the breakfast, we thought the breakfast was spectacular. Four out of five stars. One less star because the tea and coffee were mediocre. Perhaps they have done something to improve on the meal offerings. We had a tiny issue with the stopper in the outdoor bathtub but was quickly fixed by them. The bluetooth speaker/clock wasn't working. The induction cooker wasn't working. But these didn't bother us so it's okay. Oh, love the fact that they have google/android tv so we could watch netflix, disney+."
