"Highly recommend The Stones for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Bali. The location was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel was well maintained and satisfying in every category. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was large and well designed. The Jacuzzi was warm and lovely to relax in after a day of walking. The breakfast was fresh and varied with great selections - we wanted for nothing! The pool table was a great way for the kids to entertain themselves and the staff went above and beyond to help. I accidentally left my handbag with a large amount of cash and my passport, lying on a bench. I went back half an hour later and the staff had located it and put it in a safe location after trying to contact me! All money and items were still in the bag when staff returned it to me - very honest, friendly and genuine people at this hotel. It was a lovely stay."

"Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is seriously a gem!It is a great spot for those wanting a blend of comfort, style, and convenience.The rooms are modern and spacious, with kitchens that make longer stays more comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the pool area is a nice place to relax after a day exploring. There’s also a cool cafe on-site, and you’re close to plenty of restaurants and shops in Berawa, so you won’t run out of things to do. If you’re looking for a chill yet stylish place in Bali, it’s definitely worth considering.🥰"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are spotless and the staff are warm and helpful. The Hotel Spa is lovely—just remember to book early. While the car lane is a bit tight with some construction still ongoing, the location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Also, don’t miss Cocoon Restaurant nearby—the food and service staff are excellent! There is a LA Mora Spa nearby the hotel offers great and reasonable price hot stone massage, head massage and eye lash extensions too."

"Location of the hotel is great, 10 mins walk to Atlas & Finn’s as well as the beach. There are also eateries nearby or just a short bike ride away. For the price point will recommend, just that the pool that came with our room wasn’t the cleanest so we didn’t use it. Service from the staff was also excellent. The pool at level 6 is more of a dipping pool and there is a gym located at the basement but it’s just okay."

"Loved my stay at potato head as a solo traveler. The security and location of the hotel made me feel very safe, with shuttle service from hotel lobby to Main Street seminyak. One small thing I’ll fault on is the lack of ventilation in the toilet/bathroom area of the studio rooms. Otherwise everything else was wonderful. Amazing staff, fantastic sunset views, plenty of activities available for hotel guests and thought provoking hotel mantra - good times do good."

"The location of the Villas is about 10 minutes Grab Bike ride from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is cozy and quite big, and the jacuzzi definitely got quite a bit of use. I have seen a lot of comments complaining about the debris in the hot tub, tbh there will always be some sinew there are plants just next to it so is common sense to give a tinge with some soap and clean it before use. There is also laundromat, supermarket (2 minutes walk), and convenience store near by, making the overall stay very convenient. Moreover there are plenty of restaurants/cafes on the Main Street and a cool Cowboy bar. Overall the stay was great, with some small mentioned (villa across from the street"

"Excellent service from start to finish! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, efficiently providing everything we needed, from room service and dish clean-up to a shaving kit. We especially appreciated the late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful pools on our last day. The hotel's design, landscaping, and architecture are stunning, with artistic touches throughout. The daily activities added so much to our stay. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here with our family of 12, 10 adults 2 kids (3yrs old  & 1.5years old). Breakfast was great every morning and staff super accomodating with getting pool fencing around the pool in the 3 bedroom villa. Great location and the staff were all amazing"

The hotel’s location was fantastic, with easy access to Berawa Beach and a variety of trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s also a short drive from other popular areas like Canggu and Seminyak, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff’s exceptional service truly stood out during our stay. On our last day, we had an early morning flight, and they kindly packed a delicious breakfast to-go for us. This thoughtful gesture made our departure smooth and stress-free, leaving a lasting positive impression. Another highlight was the complimentary 1-hour sauna and ice bath for two. After a long day of shopping, we indulged in this refreshing and rejuvenating experience. It helped us recharge and feel completely ready to continue our dinner and night out. "Cara Cara Inn is nice & modern hotel with affordable price. Easy for eateries, Kuta beach, Kuta Art Market & etc. 15-20 minutes by Grab to airport. My room got 2 bathrooms & 1 toilet which very convenient for 4 of us."
