Really good experience in my 3days trip.

It's is a beautiful experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Beautiful well-kept hotel grounds, the staff is very polite, resolves any issues. The hotel itself is old and of course needs renovation, the rooms are cozy but require updating, we had to ask several times to clean the room, they forgot. Breakfasts are very good, lots of fruit. Beautiful pool. There are always a lot of children in the hotel itself, sometimes it is noisy by the pool. The food in the restaurants is delicious, but the price tag matches the hotel, be prepared) and sometimes you have to wait for breakfast because there are a lot of people. The beach is beautiful, clean

I was able to stay in Jimbaran with satisfaction. As expected from a 5-star hotel, the facilities and room conditions were all perfect. Breakfast was available in two places, and the explanation said that the food was the same, just in different locations, but the restaurant near the lobby seemed to have a wider variety of food than Jimbaran Garden. Right next door was the famous Hatikku restaurant for Koreans, so I could walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes.

The hotel is really showing its age! It definitely doesn't deserve 5*. We only booked one night before our return flight. Check-in took forever, we were "parked" in the lounge and completely forgotten.
The room was very worn, damp, the bed linen was damp - everything was showing its age. It definitely needs to be renovated.
The beach is beautiful and clean, but there are no loungers on the beach. The complex is gigantic, so if you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the wrong place.
The beach bar is beautiful and offers more European cuisine, the service is fake-nice.
The breakfast selection was not good quality - just mass.
Next time we will definitely book a different complex, because it wasn't for us.
