Great hotel but little old in need of renovation. You get a beautiful spacious room with stained couches but priced accordingly.

Hotel didn't have water to wash our hands or anything for 3 days. Otherwise people super nice front desk girls are really friendly. It was water running easley 4 star but it kind of bad for our ones a year vacation. 🥲

Towel had stains, bathroom was in shambles in terms of fitting and cleanliness (extreme hard water marks), water was unreliable, sofa and chair had stains

Hotel was abit out of the way and nothing much was nearby. Hotel lobby looks okay but this is only from the outside, when entering the room, it was obvious that it lacks maintenance as the walls wear dirty. The toilet door couldn't close and the door to the balcony had a gap so hot air kept leaking in which cause our room to remain hot despite blasting the aircon. Informed staff multiple times and their response was to send someone to check it out, but the issue wasn't fix throughout our visit. Our room was facing the road as well and it was very noisy as sound was leaking through the balcony door gaps. The hotel pool was also dirty but we didn't have any plans to use it anyway. I feel this hotel needs a major revamp even though it is listed as a 4 star hotel. One the bright side the prices were one of the more reasonable ones in the area if you have a lower budget.

The hotel did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Many pieces of furniture had visible black spots, and the bedsheet had an unpleasant odor. The bathtub was rusty, so I opted to use the shower instead. Additionally, the lobby glass was noticeably dusty something that immediately affects a guest’s first impression.
Attention to cleanliness, especially in shared and visible areas, is crucial for guest satisfaction. I would recommend the management improve their housekeeping standards and maintenance. For future guests, it may be worth confirming recent reviews or cleanliness practices before booking.
