The staff were friendly. The beds were cutely decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Perhaps because this hotel is part of a package tour to a certain country, the clientele is quite biased. I was surprised to hear people clapping their hands and singing hymns enthusiastically.
The facilities and cleanliness of the rooms are excellent, but there is no view. The pool is small and unsettling.
The breakfast is a full buffet, and is of much lower quality than other Komaneka Group hotels.
The staff are friendly.
