The room was disgusting, there were cockroaches, the towels were damp and dirty, the pillows and blankets were smelly, and the pillowcases seemed to have never been changed

Booked last minute for my last night in Bali & it exceeded my expectation.
Walking distance to the airport and it's close to all the massage area. The receptionist is very accommodating too!

This hotel is located on a busy road so it's very noisy, it isn't suitable for a long stay. My room was on the second floor and it looked rather run-down. There was an unpleasant odour in the room. There was an electric kettle but unfortunately there was no fridge. The window frame was broken so I could hear the noise from the street. The AC didn't work well. There was no hot water in the shower, warm only. The bathroom was dirty.

on the site it specified transfer free to airport but there was none according to check in reception, other than that they were helpful.

We just needed a place close to the airport for a flight out next day. The hotel could have been cleaner and it needs to be sprayed and painted.
