We stayed at Jumeirah Bali from 21 to 24 June for a short getaway and had a wonderful time. We booked the Sunset Pool Villa, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks while the staff handled our check-in.o
We took the half board package and were very impressed by the food, great quality and generous portions. The staff throughout the resort were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests.
We also booked a day trip driver through the hotel. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver thoughtfully prepared cold drinks for us. He brought us to ATV and river tubing activities in Ubud, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Although the stay is on the pricier side, the service and experience made it worthwhile. We would definitely come back again.

Public area so sign of ageing
1.Especially in the restaurant toilet
2. Room are clean / air con is cold / bed is on point
3. Electric have issue / wifi also doesn’t work
4. Breakfast is average 5 star standard . Not 6 star
5. Spa is new
6. Gym just hit basic
7. Service is indonesia six star standard. 5 star international standard

We had an amazing experience at the Jumeirah Bali. The service was impeccable, they were constantly checking on us, and communication via Whatsapp was fast and efficient. The ocean view villa was incredible. It's super large, with a separate living room, desk, half bath and pantry area. The pool at the villa was warm enough to swim even at night. All in all one of the best options in Bali!

Hotel is very luxurious and has a great service. Rooms are very well designed. Definitely would stay again. I would just add more buggy’s, especially during peak time at breakfast. Also, I don’t think it makes much sense to pay extra for sun beds near the beach after the price you already pay for the room. This should be included.
