The hotel may have once been very nice, but as of March 2025, it's clearly in decline. The property is poorly maintained — the lower floors are in complete disrepair, with broken infrastructure and visible neglect. Only the upper levels, where some of the standard rooms, villas, the restaurant, and pools are located, are in somewhat decent condition. Even there, you’ll notice weeds growing out of the walls in places.
Overall, the hotel gives off the impression of being abandoned and run-down.
During our stay in March 2025, we saw only two or three other young couples in the entire resort. On one hand, that might sound appealing — peace and quiet — but the deserted feel of the lower levels made the atmosphere rather unsettling.

Wonderful hotel, very beautiful territory. Amazing pools, practically no people, so very quiet and calm. The rooms are simply gorgeous, the service is excellent.
