The Sender Pool Suites

Unorganized, empty promises. Our stay at the Sender Pool Suite could not have been more disappointing. We had paid extra for a specific room that we required for a campaign that we were shooting. When we arrived, they gave us a different, lesser value room. The layout was different, it was smaller, the bathtub didn't work, issues with hot water, the mirror was covered in a black film, the list goes on. We confirmed the room that we paid for, and they said they were sorry but nothing could be done because they had a long term stay in that room. They went back and fourth with us so many times saying we could switch rooms the next day, then the next, and we kept scrambling packing up to never be moved and to be disappointed over and over. They said they would make it up to us by providing 2 free breakfasts. We only got one. By some miracle on our last day in the afternoon they said the room was now free, strange how all of a sudden it became free when we were told it was a long term stay. We only got the room we paid for for one night, and did not have time to shoot the campaign we were required to shoot. So extremely disappointing. From our 2 weeks in Bali, and over 5 different stays, this was by far the worst. Also, it is sooooo loud at night! Awful, you won't be able to sleep with loud music playing and dogs fighting all night.
