Gym facilities are very new and completed. Room is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful scenery of the rice field. Dinning at Kubo is a very good experience and the food is very good. The photo session give us something memorable that can bring away home.

總體非常出色，從一條毫不起眼的窄巷進入酒店大門，豁然開朗給人強烈的反差感。從服務到設施及餐飲都非常棒。從酒店預訂的漂流貴了不少，但是包船，出發時間自定，下船就回到酒店門口，體驗很好。早餐也吃到了錯失的臟鴨飯，菜單單點品質也很高。健身房設施先進，且有多種小食，蛋白棒，運動飲料，體驗出色。
當然還是有幾個待改進。房間牆插略少，且有一個牆插損壞，個人電子設備太多有些不夠。電視投屏沒有很方便。從烏布返回的班車最晚是六點二十，建議增加一班晚上的。會中文的管家似乎衹有一個，有些忙不過來。

設施：在烏布一種野奢酒店裡，真正做到了世外桃源，非常乾淨舒適，但又保留了當地熱帶雨林特色
衞生：無可挑剔，比其他幾家乾淨多了
服務：很細節，我們當天延誤了很晚到達，還贈送了印尼炒麪和烤蝦，自覺幫忙安排了延遲退房
環境：在阿勇河邊上的稻田山谷裏，很烏布，裏面的裝飾也有當地宗教特色

房間很棒，房型格局設計合理而舒適；酒店景觀超好，融入其中有一種世外桃源的意境，印尼餐很好、法餐感覺一般般，特別推薦阿勇河漂流，酒店跟隨的服務人員特別專業，服務熱情，真誠，周到又恰到好處，加分！

在峇裏島的第二家酒店選擇了Mandapa Ritz，特別難忘的體驗。景色一流，設計很用心，所見各處都很精緻。服務更是一流，所有工作人員都很專業，熱情。期間是我先生的生日，酒店還貼心安排了房間的生日佈置，甚至在早餐期間安排了surprise的生日祝福歌，為我們的旅程畫上完美的句號。另外，餐食也很好吃，無論是早餐還是酒店內其他餐廳。Mandapa Ritz是一家很用心的酒店，全家都很喜歡，會推薦給身邊的朋友！
