We stayed in a basement-like room for 1560. Ctrip showed that there were rooms available that day, but they said they didn't have any and refused to change. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm and waited for nearly an hour. How could there be no rooms at this time? This Marriott is discriminating against Chinese people. Everyone should choose carefully. There's 3 convenience store along the street, best Greek restaurant opposite, skip the hotel steak (not worth it), pools are too tiny and not many sunbeds available. Eden spa around the corner is really good around 300k++ idr, skip Carla cheap, but not worth it. Pharmacy around the corner that sends medication for free and meds are really cheap!

stayed at this hotel expecting 5-star standards, but was left very disappointed. The bathroom and furniture were outdated, and cleanliness was below acceptable levels. Worse, the lower floors had a strong sewage smell, making the stay extremely unpleasant.
While I appreciated the manager’s assistance in moving us to a top-floor room, it was not enough to salvage the overall experience. For a property that markets itself as a 5 star hotel, it failed to deliver even basic comfort and hygiene.
Definitely not returning. Would not recommend.
