Second visit to Bali Seminyak. Still a lively atmosphere and friendly staff. But this time, the bedding felt a bit damp and not so good. But it was okay because of the buggy I used often and the friendly staff.

I stayed in a king room. The location is great, within walking distance of Seminyak Beach, close to Bintang Market, and with many restaurants. It would be even better if they had shaving amenities. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. It was very filling, and they would come to your desk if they had any recommendations. It was such a great buffet that it was hard to choose.

Stayed there for my wedding anniversary, and the hotel arranged a special room setting and a cake for us. The service provided was superb. The service staff constantly checked with us if everything was up to expectation. Would stay there again.

This is a fabulous hotel, good location. The service was amazing. The staff are so helpful. We were unwell and Eka (Asst loyalty manager) at reception was exceptional. She was very considerate & organised some extra tea etc to help with our recovery. Can’t thank her enough.
The only feedback I would have is to reconsider the layout of the breakfast area. It was hard to move around the hot food stations when guests were gathered around/waiting amongst the seated guests.
