Location was in the center of Ubud although you have to walk into an alley to get there. It’s along an alley where there are shops so it’s very safe. Breakfast was the same everyday but I didn’t mind because normally I don’t eat breakfast anyway. Place was interesting because it’s in a typical Balinese household compound so you get an experience of local life and Balinese culture. For me it was a place to sleep and for a really low cost.

The parking lot is directed to the public for a fee of 50 thousand, even though when ordering parking it was free.
Ordered a room and breakfast, but breakfast was not provided until 8 o'clock, only told to wait but breakfast never came, finally checked out.
The AC was leaking and not cold, dirty, not recommended to stay here.. very bad.

The place didn't look the same as in the photos. Anyway, even though I had a confirmed and paid reservation, they didn't have the room available. We had to move to another hotel and wasted the whole day waiting for it to become available. The worst part is that this website, "TRIP.COM," didn't even bother to refund the money, offer compensation, or anything... a disaster!
