I am a tourist from Hong Kong, China. This is my first time traveling to Bali. I don’t have much travel experience. I have been to mainland China, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Japan. The following are my and my wife’s experiences and feelings! This time I came to Bali, I stayed in three villas, each with its own advantages and disadvantages!
Mahayana:
3 nights stay including breakfast;
Pros: All the waiters were kind and friendly, check-in was fast, the 80-square-meter place and room were clean and tidy, the room was brightly lit, the swimming pool was of moderate size (about 1.4 meters deep) and of good length, the restaurant food was good, four types of breakfast were available (I personally thought they tasted good), and their restaurant dinners were all very good for three nights, the shower was hot enough, and takeaway breakfast could be arranged in advance (if leaving for activities before 7:00), the bedding, bath towels, etc. were clean and tidy, the bathroom supplies were complete, and the Villa had a Spa, which was a good experience!
Disadvantages: curtains don't block light, the sound of the pool filtering water is quite loud at 08:30, there are no kitchen utensils (only electric kettle and tea bags), you have to wait a long time for hot water to come back after the shower runs out (more than 3 hours), a basic bath is enough for 2 people, but it's not enough because my wife wants to take a bath in the bathtub!
Check-in suggestions:
Bring your own eye mask and earplugs if you get up late (the sound of water changing in the swimming pool is quite loud)!
The overall price-performance ratio is good!
Overall 4.7/5
