It's a very small residence, more like a B&B than a hotel. Although the room facilities look quite new, the bed sheets and towels are a bit gray and dirty. I have asked the hotel to replace them once but the situation remains the same. There were also quite a few mosquitoes and ants, and I shot down at least 5 mosquitoes a night. Opening the floor-to-ceiling glass door is the entrance and exit of the hotel. The door has a large gap, which does not keep out insects or sound. I was woken up at 11pm. There was a woman wearing a facial mask in front of her room and playing a Chinese video with the volume turned up high. Everyone in each household went out to ask her to turn the volume down. It was so embarrassing... But the air conditioning was sufficient, so the room was dry and comfortable. The bathroom has no air conditioning and relies on two small windows for ventilation, which makes the space very humid, smells like a sewer, and is infested with all kinds of bugs. It should be a storage water heater. The hot water will run out soon, so you have to hurry up and take a shower. Although the hardware is ordinary, every staff member is very friendly and enthusiastic, full of smiles, which is very impressive. The breakfast environment is nice and the food quality is good. Easy access, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, where there are convenience stores and a variety of restaurants. Looking around the island, most of the accommodations were small and simple, and every restaurant we went to had a lot of flies. I feel that this accommodation is a very cost-effective option. It is okay to stay here just to experience the island for one night, because the scenery and ocean here are really amazing!

We couldn't sleep because there was a mouse inside the room. We tried to go to the reception and find out what was going on, but after 12 midnight there was no one there. In fact, it's terrible because we had a flight in the morning and couldn't sleep. Of course, no one provided compensation.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, not far from the pier; and the restaurant is surprisingly delicious, after all, it is not convenient to find food outside because it is dark, the pizza is amazing and the breakfast is the best on this trip. And the swimming pool looks the cleanest in the whole trip, but it is a pity that we did not swim because it rained. But the room facilities are average, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and there are a few complaints: the most exaggerated thing is that the water is only cold halfway through the shower. The most important thing for travel is to take a shower and sleep, and this shower is too difficult to take. Then the location of the sink is very strange, you have to lean forward very deep to wash your face. Finally, this floor-to-ceiling door is difficult to use. It is hot and you have to close the curtains when you wear very little, so it is very dark 🤣 It is also difficult to open and close the door.

Every staff member is warm and courteous in their service, especially the little girl named Yudia at the front desk. She helps us carry our luggage and print boarding passes. She is very warm and considerate and answers questions carefully. This hotel has a beautiful environment and good food. Very good too, highly recommended
