I found someone I barely knew and received guidance. The accommodation was relatively clean, but the water temperature was not controlled well, so I almost got burned. It rained heavily on the last night, so the rain leaked and water accumulated or flowed down the stairs leading to the second floor. My wife slipped and fell on the edge of the stairs while coming down without knowing it, and suffered a back of head injury. The hospital was in chaos. I reported this to the accommodation manager, but they only chatted and did not come the next morning. There was no notice in advance that the stairs could be slippery during heavy rain, and there was no sign. Action is needed as serious injury may occur. I don't have good memories of it due to lack of attention to detail in many ways.
