Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

We will try our best to arrange suitable positions for guests in the same room type. There will be guests walking back and forth during the day, but there will be no noise after midnight. Hong Kong is a capital of food, shopping, leisure and entertainment. The most prosperous Causeway Bay business district is near us. The Internet celebrity restaurant Hua Sao and Ichiran Ramen are close at hand. Large shopping malls (SOGO Department Store, Times Square, Hysan Place) are all within a 10-minute walk. The Convention and Exhibition Center and Victoria Harbour are also within walking distance. The transportation is convenient. There are many subways and buses. Whether you want to go to the Peak to see the night view or want to take pictures at the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui, you can find the most convenient means of transportation. During your stay or before coming to Hong Kong, you can consult us if you have any needs. I sincerely hope that you will eat well, have fun and rest well in Hong Kong. This hotel is a new . Furniture is new , bed sheets , towels all are clean and a good quality . The staff is polite and very helpful. Location is perfect , it located just backside of Main Street , so there is no noise from outside . Can sleep properly , that’s so important . I will come back again ,definitely 👍🏻

Clean. Good location. Room service was good. The only bad thing was we got the room in front of the receiving desk and hear every person walking by, but other than that it was ok.

Overall is good but service is limited, not helpful.

I believe there is a club next door the sound proof is extremely terrible my girlfriend can’t have a goodnight sleep.

The location was very near the convention center and shopping areas. The bathroom though had a backflow smell that never got away during our whole 4 days stay.

The Facility was very bad, no Elevator, Fire escape not safe, environment not really good, only one good thing is a bit of big bedroom compare with the other. I have a bad experienced in this hotel. Therefore, I couldn't recommend this hotel to my friend and everyone...i will never back to this hotel!!

It is not a typical hotel, more like a remodeled flat with several rooms on the second floor of a residential building. The only entrance is a go up staircase and you go to your room through a narrow passage. The size of my room is pretty good in compare to other Hong Kong hotels and they remodeled the entire place less than a year ago. The room looks very clean and organized in such a way that you get all you need within a limited space. The location is also very good , close to airport bus stops and to all transportation. There are many eateries and stores in this area. The staff is very friendly, I would recommend it to travelers with light luggage and short stays.

Good sized room for the price, by Hong Kong standards. Close to metro, tram and bus. Plenty of food options near as well as convenience stores. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed comfy, ac cool and the shower hot with good water pressure.

Place is clean and convenient. There are a lot of nice foods nearby and it’s just walking distance to MTR

Was okay but I felt not as good as the other reviews here. Seemed clean cause relatively new but if you look closely it’s actually fairly dirty (ie hair and dirt under the mattress, crumbs in between cushions and etc). Was also loud from neighbors past midnight and not a good rest. There are similar priced hotels nearby, albeit older, which I would go with next time in the area.
