This hotel is a new . Furniture is new , bed sheets , towels all are clean and a good quality . The staff is polite and very helpful. Location is perfect , it located just backside of Main Street , so there is no noise from outside . Can sleep properly , that’s so important . I will come back again ,definitely 👍🏻

I believe there is a club next door the sound proof is extremely terrible my girlfriend can’t have a goodnight sleep.

The location was very near the convention center and shopping areas. The bathroom though had a backflow smell that never got away during our whole 4 days stay.

The Facility was very bad, no Elevator, Fire escape not safe, environment not really good, only one good thing is a bit of big bedroom compare with the other. I have a bad experienced in this hotel. Therefore, I couldn't recommend this hotel to my friend and everyone...i will never back to this hotel!!

It is not a typical hotel, more like a remodeled flat with several rooms on the second floor of a residential building. The only entrance is a go up staircase and you go to your room through a narrow passage. The size of my room is pretty good in compare to other Hong Kong hotels and they remodeled the entire place less than a year ago. The room looks very clean and organized in such a way that you get all you need within a limited space. The location is also very good , close to airport bus stops and to all transportation. There are many eateries and stores in this area. The staff is very friendly, I would recommend it to travelers with light luggage and short stays.

Good sized room for the price, by Hong Kong standards. Close to metro, tram and bus. Plenty of food options near as well as convenience stores. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed comfy, ac cool and the shower hot with good water pressure.

Place is clean and convenient. There are a lot of nice foods nearby and it’s just walking distance to MTR

Was okay but I felt not as good as the other reviews here. Seemed clean cause relatively new but if you look closely it’s actually fairly dirty (ie hair and dirt under the mattress, crumbs in between cushions and etc). Was also loud from neighbors past midnight and not a good rest. There are similar priced hotels nearby, albeit older, which I would go with next time in the area.

Spacious enough rooms for the price and location in Causeway Bay, convenient hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

spacious, clean, facilities are very new. Got a large television that has Netflix YouTube Spotify etc installed, provided great entertainment for us.

It's rare to find a hotel with such a spacious space at this price in Hong Kong. I had a good rest at night. It's quite close to Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. Overall good review!

The service is particularly good. For mainland friends: the plug does not require an adapter. The two ladies at the front desk are warm and friendly. The toilet space is large and very satisfactory. The location is excellent.

First: location, it's only a 10-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR station, and it's also very close to SOGO or Times Square. The location is impeccable, there is a Sushiro nearby~ But the satay beef vermicelli from the Milk Company makes me miss it more, and there is also a Korean restaurant opposite SOGO with soy sauce crab, which is the best soy sauce crab I've ever eaten! When I arrived, it was twelve o'clock, so the room was not cleaned yet, but the front desk girl told me not to worry, go out to do things, and she would help me put my luggage in the room. When I finished my business at the bank and returned to the hotel to put the documents, it was around 4 o'clock, and my luggage was already in the room, so I didn't have to worry about it. At night, a big brother stayed at the front desk, and he was always responsive. The next day, the boss lady was in charge in person. She was really nice. She also told me how to take my next route more conveniently, which was great! Third: cost-effectiveness. Before coming to Hong Kong, I basically lived in Tsim Sha Tsui. I have lived in good and bad hotels, so I have always expected the size of Hong Kong rooms. To be honest, I think the area of ​​this room is not small. I can spread out at least 2 of my 30-inch suitcases! Then their door lock is really thoughtful. You have to press it down to pull out the rope. And there are two cards for the main door and the room door. In addition, they are equipped with plastic slippers, which is really thoughtful. Many hotels will not pay attention to this and only prepare disposable non-woven slippers. The water pressure for the shower and the toilet is also super powerful. There is no need to worry about being uncomfortable when washing. I think the sound insulation effect is still OK. It is difficult to completely not hear the sound next door. Even I can hear the crackling left and right at home. In short, this stay experience is really great! I think if I stay in Causeway Bay next time, I will definitely choose Xinghua again! I also hope that Xinghua Xiaozhu will get better and better!!!
