這家酒店是在峇里島入住的第二間酒店，酒店感覺精緻溫馨，前台服務人員親切有禮，也因應我們的要求提供了2樓的房間給我們，房間雖然不大，但是冷氣充足整體感覺乾淨舒適，酒店的早餐是要另外下單的，但也足夠和豐富，咖啡和下午茶也不錯，酒店的水質非常乾淨用了兩天的過濾花灑濾芯也是白色的，是我在峇里島入住的三間酒店中水質最乾淨的。唯一不足之處是睡到半夜發現床上很多細小的昆蟲，行動緩慢而且非常細小，以為是床蝨但又不是，通知酒店後即是清理，但也不能避免第二晚還是有一些，可能是烏布的大自然環境下不能避免，但還是有些感覺不適！

Excellent. We chose this hotel on Nyepi (Day of Silence) and have never regretted it. The rooms are clean, each room has a cozy balcony or mini terrace. The pool is in the palm trees. The breakfasts are great!

Everything was good. Pool, gym and breakfasts. Just the room on the first floor pretty dark and sometimes staff walked across our terrace, so it was uncomfortable (not private). Room on the first floor doesn’t really have a garden view, just view on the wall, it was a little bit disappointed. But other things was in high level.

We really liked the hotel. The pool area is breathtaking. The rooms are large and very stylishly furnished. The service was particularly good and the staff very friendly.
The only thing is that the walls between the rooms are thin, so we could quickly hear the neighbors. But that wasn't a problem for us.
The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the city center, which we always walked. There are also some really good restaurants on the street, so you don't even have to go into Ubud.
We felt really comfortable and our stay was a bit of a luxury.

체크인 할 때 부터 스탶들이 친절해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 그랩에서 내리면서 짐도 옮겨주고 항상 오갈 때 마다 반갑게 인사해줬어요. 웰컴 드링크도 산뜻하니 맛있었고 방안에 과일들이 준비 돼있었는데 바닥에 더러운 얼룩이 남아있어 프론트에 얘기했더니 바로 올라와서 닦아줬습니다. 정원뷰아닌 정원뷰이긴 했는데 다른 방 후기에 비하면 그래도 나은 것 같음. 방안에 거울이 욕실에 딱하나 있고 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가는 것 빼고는 층고도 높고 침대도 넓어서 아주 만족스러웠어요.
주변 식당에서 음식관련 이슈가 있었는데 호텔에 돌아와서 프론트 직원에게 하소연했더니 호텔내 식당에서 만들어달라고 요청할 수 있다며 속상함을 풀어준 직원이 있었는데 이름 물어보는 걸 까먹었네요. 정말 고마웠어요!

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast selection is compact but food was delicious. There’s also a beautiful yoga studio within walking distance from the hotel! Will definitely be back again if I’m in Ubud.

The Staff at Hava Ubud greeted us very well. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is about 10 minutes Grab Ride away from the main *****. There are also lovely restaurants very close to the hotel - Brie restaurant is superb. The hotel room was nice, especially the lovely bath. We had a disappointing view from our room as it looked on to a garden not opened by the hotel. The swimming pool was nice and service of ordered drinks by the pool was swift. However, when sitting by the pool restaurant and bar staff do not come over to take any orders - you have to go up and place them. But they do bring them over to your sun lounger. Overall, it was a lovely hotel.
