Good service, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts don't have a huge selection and the portions are small, but delicious. Every day they did a conscientious cleaning of the room. Beautiful and well-kept territory, especially the beautiful view from the restaurant to the sea.
Cons:
1. Not the best location, you may not immediately find the turn to the road leading to the hotel.
2. We gave our things to the dry cleaner the day before departure, they were supposed to be brought in the evening of the same day or in the morning of the next day. When checking out of the hotel, it turned out that they had not been brought back to the hotel. We waited about 20 minutes, they brought the things, but not ours - they mixed up the order numbers. They offered to wait some more for them to bring the right ones, in the end we agreed that they would be sent to us at the next address of stay by taxi. The current situation is clearly an exception to the rule, the staff was friendly and tried to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Останавливались на одну ночь. Больше точно там не остались бы, и на будущее отель этот не выберу и никому не посоветую.
Во всех номерах комары, их фумигаторы выключенные не помогают, все люди полностью искусанные комарами. Антимоскитная сетка грязнейшая, ее не стирали…никогда. Постельное белье серого цвета и с дырами от количества стирок. Подушки грязно желтые и пятнами не меняются видимо годами. В номере кроме штор блэкаут других штор нет и если вы проснулись и открыли шторы, то вам нужно сразу одеться,чтобы не предстать в голом виде перед всем отелем. Про освещение- еле светящие лампочки, от которых света нет- уже молчу.
Плюс отеля, только что он зеленый и на берегу. Но купаться там вы не сможете. И даже в бассейне. Весь бассейн украшен илом, его немного пытаются очистить по краям, но основной ил так и виден на стенах и на полу бассейна.
Спать очень сложно, потому что громыхает всю ночь прибой, и это прям ооочень громко.
Видно, что задумка хорошая и когда то это было новым и качественным, и что вроде обслуживание старается, но исполнение очень сильно хромает. Отель давно нуждается в чистке и реставрации, плюс регулярной обработке от комаров.
Завтрак очень скудный. После других отелей Бали- это очень ощутимо!
Отель указан как 4+ , это даже не 3 по факту. А цена явно завышена за такое

this is a little jem away from all of the busy district. I like the service where they can help arrange pick up and return for some for the restraunt nearby via reservation.

room 8/10 ( can be better if they add a face towel and a towel mat at the pool area before entering the room.)

Its a narrow road to reach the property that we almost missed it. However its understandable for ocean front property. The hotel doesnt have beach, it was just ocean in front of the property, the nearest beach will be Candidasa or Virgin beach. The view from our villa was amazing (especially our Villa no#105) where we can have morning coffee in our terrace with the pool + ocean view. Price was great for what we have in the hotel (including gym, full service restaurant, and cleaning), staffs are very friendly and helpful. It was overall an amazing relaxing experience.

I stayed with my mother. The room was nice and I could see the sea during breakfast. But there were too many mosquitoes and the house was not soundproof.
