Haikou Hotels with Balcony

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well-cared for at all times. The location is great, with easy access to local food and supermarket. A special mention goes to their coffee; it was truly exceptional and a delightful start to each morning. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch service, a perfect location, and a great coffee experience. Highly recommended!

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

Maybe the overall service awareness in Haikou is poor. I am a Ctrip Platinum user and I have upgraded my room type. The next day, the front desk said that the room type was 17 yuan less and I had to cancel the order and book it again. 17 yuan, yeah, that's it. It doesn't matter. I wanted to stay longer, but it seems not suitable. I moved decisively and lived well. Welcome fruit: No, of course I don't need it, I don't care. Good location, in the city. A bit noisy. Hygiene: Cleaning is good.

I like a hotel very much, I think it is the best price-performance ratio in Haikou. The scenery inside and outside is very good. There is a bustling city atmosphere, and there is also a deep tranquility in the courtyard. It is really a good place to enjoy a solitary space. Very quiet, very comfortable, hair dryer, a few selfies, really a must. I really want to recommend it.

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

The best hotel and service we ever went to. We had an excellent time at creations-museum-hotel, from our arrival we were welcomed by a cup of tea. Tracy and Violet helped us during our stay for everything from the taxis, to restaurants and even nail polish remover! Everything was perfect, the breakfasts were lovely, they changed slightly over the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had an afternoon tea with fresh baked cakes and a coconut panna cotta. The tea they provide that you can buy here is lively especially the red Hainan tea. We might go back to Hainan just to come back to this hotel.

I highly recommend Yafan Hotel. It is surrounded by rich cultural resources, and the Provincial Museum and the Provincial Library are within easy reach. The room is large and warmly decorated. The high floor has a wide view and is pleasing to the eye. It is clean and hygienic, and the living experience is good. The room lady has thoughtful service, making people feel at home. It is the best choice for travel accommodation.

The room was very clean, the sea view of the whole port could be seen from the window and the balcony. It was very beautiful. I saw fireworks at night. There were kitchen utensils in the kitchen. There was a supermarket downstairs. It was very convenient for us to cook by ourselves. The housekeeper responded very quickly, basically answering all questions, travel is also very convenient, there are many taxis parked at the door, there are also Century Park and Yundong Library nearby, I will choose next time!

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.
