Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The location is better, it is not too far to go, the view is better, it can be seen far away, there are slides for children to play in the park downstairs, there are children's books and toys in the room, it is more convenient to go out and take a taxi.

首先，房間非常大，屋內設施完備齊全，已經和五星級酒店對標。尤其滿意屋內的洗澡區域，地面面板自帶加熱功能，不用擔心光腳會冷。馬桶也是智能馬桶，而且屋內還有智能家居系統，小度系統直接連結窗簾和燈光等設備。酒店還配備健身房洗衣房等。 其次，酒店位置便捷，附近吃喝玩樂的地方很多，交通方便，距離海南大學很近過一個天橋就是，樓下是河景房可以看到椰樹和河道，很漂亮🤩 最後，店長的態度真的非常熱情非常好👍很用心和負責！非常推薦來這裏住！

Great location with very helpful staff especially the reception desk who is very keen to help and provide info on places to eat, transportation etc. The double bedded room has curtains between the see through glass toilet and bathroom and bed area which provide some privacy compared to the Family room. Beds are very comfy and clean. One of the double bedded room had smoke smell and when we brough it to the reception desk, they were very prompt and helpful in removing the odour. Highly recommended place to stay for people who don't mind climbing stairs to their rooms.

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.

The location is excellent, just opposite Wanlv Park. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the beach. The new Chinese style decoration, with pine trees and flowing water everywhere, is very artistic. The decoration and furniture are very new and clean, exceeding expectations. It is on the first floor of the fourth floor, and you have to pass through the lobby when entering and leaving, which is very safe. There are several separate tea rooms where you can talk about things, make phone calls, and drink tea. Although there are not many types of breakfast, there are freshly cooked noodles, which also have a unique local flavor.

Beautiful hotel, very pleasant staff. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. The room has everything you need. It is located right in the historical center of Haikou, but at night the hotel is quiet and sleeps well. There are good restaurants nearby. Located on a pedestrian street, the taxi stops to the side closer to the street near the Haikou Tower. —- Красивейший отель, очень приятный персонал. Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные. В номере есть все необходимое. Находится прямо в историческом центре Хайкоу, но ночью в отеле тихо и отлично спится. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны. Находится на пешеходной улице, такси останавливается в стороне ближе к башне Хайкоу.

The room is not small, the decoration style is in line with expectations, and it is rare that the photos of the merchants are so real! The scenery is super beautiful, but unfortunately it rained for 2 days and wasted such a beautiful sea view. The only drawback is that the location is in a village that has not been developed yet. The road to the village is very narrow. Many online car-hailing drivers do not understand the road conditions. There are many houses under construction and undemolition houses in the surrounding area. It is a little chaotic. Before coming, I also compared the surrounding homestays. Personally feel that this is the most cost-effective, next time you come to Haikou, there is a high probability that you will stay here.

The hotel has a large and abundant free parking space, check-in is fast, the room is comfortable, the price is not expensive, the environment is good, the front desk service is very good, very enthusiastic, the service attitude is particularly good, the sanitation is very clean, and it is close to the scenic spot. Overall it is very comfortable.

There is a small yard outside the living room on the first floor of the house. It is full of chills. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun in the yard in the morning. The room is ins style decoration every corner can be beautifully photographed There is also a floor-to-ceiling window in the room. I wake up and look at the beautiful scenery outside the window. By the way, I also sent afternoon tea in the afternoon!
