"We had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. Overall we had a good time staying at Acacia Hotel Bacolod."

"We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to."

"The location and the cleanliness of the hotel si superb. But one con that I can think of is the room is not noise proof. You’ll hear the band playing on the opposite hotel until 12 am and if the other room are playing a music, you’ll clearly hear them. Like loud and clear."

"We enjoyed our quick getaway thanks to this hotel being in the heart of the city. We arrived early in the morning and I was so surprised they were able to check us in at 9AM. Superb! The room was pristine and breakfast choices varied. Although, I hope they had more protein than just bacon and sausage, perhaps something less processed. But regardless, I enjoyed the other options and the bacon, yes. Pool is 4ft deep so I didn’t have to worry about my shorty self, lol. Oh and our room had the lagoon view so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had the fountain lights at night though. Perhaps another time. Would love to come again should we visit Bacolod next time."

"L'Fisher is a little old, but the management has kept the establishment well-maintained. The room rate is very reasonable. The room comes with a bathtub, which is very unexpected for the price we paid. The pool at the adjacent hotel was also good and clean. Breakfast is good for its price. Location-wise, it’s in the city center, so it’s very easy to hail a cab, even late at night."

"Right next to Robinsons Bacolod, this hotel is clean and comfortable, but it's a bit far from the city center, making it less ideal for solo travelers. The air conditioner remote wasn't working, but they immediately changed my room after I reported it. All other facilities were fine."

"I had nice stay on this condo however its not overlooking since its just in 2nd floor but the place is clean and it comes with free essentials too."

"Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!"

"I booked seven rooms for a night for my family and relatives, totaling 20 people. Before our stay, I tried reaching out to the hotel through email, phone calls, and a third-party booking app, but I couldn’t get any responses. I only received an automatic reply saying they were unavailable and suggested I try again later. On the day of our check-in, I called the hotel around 2 PM to confirm our late arrival since we had a day tour planned. Thankfully, they answered and noted our late check-in. When we arrived around 6 or 7 PM, everything went smoothly, and they accommodated us on the same floor, which was great! The hotel provided basic amenities, but we noticed there were no bottled waters in the rooms. Some relatives were uncomfortable using the water dispenser located outside the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient. We understand the hotel’s effort to reduce plastic waste, but it would have been nice if they had provided reusable glass bottles instead. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Everyone had a good night’s sleep, and the next day we enjoyed the clean pool, with staff available to help us. The hotel rooms were tidy and well-maintained."
