The hotel is dirty. The aircon is very weak, it’s very hot in the room, I don’t recommend it especially in hot summer. The location is ok as it’s close to the station.

The room is very clean and not too small. The environment is very quiet. The location is good, less than ten minutes walk from Avignon center train station, and there is a tram outside the hotel. 1. The hotel security is poor. The hotel staff entered the room twice without permission and notification to rummage through the items even though the room had a Do Not Disturb sign. 2. The hotel facilities are poor. The air conditioner does not work well, but the staff said that they cannot change rooms because there are no vacancies. They cannot check out and can do maintenance (but the maintenance staff may take three to five days to come).
