The service was excellent and friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy. Great location on Queen Street. Definitely would recommend it.

Won’t do it again; with all the other option in Auckland Queen Street area, it’s not worth it

We love this hotel but the room we booked wasn't as pictured. We got a strange room with no natural light at opened up to air ducting. The bathroom was also not as pictured and really cramped. It wasnone nigjt and we didnt want to make a fuss. With this being said, we've given it another chance because the service and staff are amazing. We are going back this weekend so hopefully they'll get our room correct.

Perfect location and short walks to mane eateries. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is fantastic, parking is a little troublesome but understandable as it’s located in CBD. Hotel provides valet parking which is convenient for us. Great decorations and service provided.

We had a wonderful time , it was my wifes birthday , they even gave us a card and cake.

Location was central but also right above very loud clubs/bars, which meant that it was extremely loud at night (past midnight). We stayed on the 6th floor which felt like the hallway was not part of the building with two mechanical/service doors open. Room and service was fine.

The room is pretty clean. The hotel location is right in the middle of the city. The service is extremely fast and bespoke. The complementary breakfast was a great addition to our stay.

Good location, nice staff

Very bad, I lost my shoes but they refused to admit it before I even left the hotel. Did we come here barefoot the first day?

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center, and there are many good restaurants to choose from. The sanitation in the room is a bit poor, with a lot of dust, but if you want a good location, you can still choose this hotel

The location is in the center of the city. There is a bar downstairs. There is constant noise all night. It is difficult to sleep at all. It is not recommended to stay here.

The location of the hotel is very good, just in the center of Auckland, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The Sky Tower and the Harbor Bridge can all be reached on foot. The overall hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained. Especially worthy of praise is their breakfast, which is delicious.

The location is very central, it is very convenient to go out and go shopping. But the room is quite small and feels damp. It is the worst room in the hotel I stayed in New Zealand this time, although the hotel lobby is very retro.
