This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I called the hotel shuttle three times after getting off the plane to ask for help from the hotel shuttle bus. I waited for 40 minutes and was so hot. I just couldn't wait for the shuttle bus to pick us up. In the end, I had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. It only cost 250 pesos for three kilometers. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw the shuttle bus standing in front of their hotel. I was so angry. After arriving at the hotel, my God, this is not a flush toilet, but a ventilation toilet! The toilet screamed forty or fifty times a day because of the water pressure problem, and it screamed for ten seconds every once in a while. I couldn't sleep deeply in the middle of the night. The noise was too loud! The hotel cleaner knew that there were two of us staying, but only gave us one bottle of mineral water every day!! We had no choice but to go to the supermarket to buy purified water for ourselves. The cleaning of the cleaner was really... not as good as my own cleaning. I cleaned a room in a hurry, and it took no more than ten minutes. It was very sloppy. What's even worse is that the cleaning staff took away my own towel as a hotel towel. They obviously look different, but they just took it away. I called the front desk twice to communicate but to no avail. I went to the front desk to communicate in person, but to no avail. Do you think this is the end? I took the elevator downstairs early in the morning. As soon as I opened the door, the staff pretended to be a ghost and scared me. I screamed on the spot. Seeing that I was tricked, the staff laughed very happily. I was really very angry at the time. This hotel gave me a very bad experience. I will never stay in this hotel again! Rubbish!

The room facilities are average, the carpet has a smell, it is a distance from the airport, the road lighting is very poor, I was a little worried when sitting in the car, the breakfast variety is small, the service is five stars by default, I can't think of any other comments, I will not stay next time
