This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I called the hotel shuttle three times after getting off the plane to ask for help from the hotel shuttle bus. I waited for 40 minutes and was so hot. I just couldn't wait for the shuttle bus to pick us up. In the end, I had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. It only cost 250 pesos for three kilometers. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw the shuttle bus standing in front of their hotel. I was so angry. After arriving at the hotel, my God, this is not a flush toilet, but a ventilation toilet! The toilet screamed forty or fifty times a day because of the water pressure problem, and it screamed for ten seconds every once in a while. I couldn't sleep deeply in the middle of the night. The noise was too loud! The hotel cleaner knew that there were two of us staying, but only gave us one bottle of mineral water every day!!
