The bedsheets had holes and yellow stains, the facilities were old, and the wind from the hair dryer was so weak that it was meaningless. I booked a twin room, but I got a king-size bed room. Transportation is only accessible by motorcycle or on foot. You have to walk a small road from the main road. The sign at the intersection said it was 150 meters, but we thought it was definitely more than that. The store owner drove the luggage in on a motorcycle. I don't know how they would deal with large luggage. You have to go out of the main road to buy something at the convenience store, which is very inconvenient at night when it's too dark.

Very clean and comfortable stay for four nights. The room has a 2-meter bed and a forest view outside the floor-to-ceiling window. There are tables and chairs on the front and rear balconies where you can rest and enjoy the field view. The bathroom has a bathtub and simple curtains to separate dry and wet areas.
The owner of the B&B is very nice, he can arrange activities and cars in Ubud, and personally prepares a Balinese breakfast, which is delicious and filling. On the top floor where you have breakfast, you can watch fields, sunsets, and squirrels chasing each other.
The B&B is about 200 meters walking distance from the main intersection. If you have heavy luggage, you can ask the owner to help carry it on a motorcycle. There are small bridges and flowing water on the walking path, which is very pleasant.

We came here for our honeymoon. The owner of the B&B was very kind and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the breakfast this time because of our schedule. The breakfast was very delicious and rich.

This is a fantastic place run by a super nice family who have opened their home for our homestay. We were made to feel very welcomed. The breakfasts were a treat we looked forward to every day. Lots of variety and home cooked. The squirrels in the palm trees are great entertainment whilst having breakfast. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. Daily room cleaning was so nice. The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere as it is 5 minutes from the Main Street with all the restaurants, entertainment, temples, markets, massage and spa places. And yet the location is very quiet. When we wanted to chill there is a terrace with some sunbeds on the rooftop. Great place for a nap or to read a book. Kadek and Wayan (the owners) are the most lovely people who are happy to help out where they can.

If you are looking for a real Balinese local homestay close to all you want to do in Ubud, you can't go wrong with this option. Our room was wonderful, breakfast on the roof-top was excellent, and Wayan and Kadek were perfect hosts. The homestay is a short walk from the main road, however if you have any accessibility issues it could be a difficult walk as the path is a bit broken up in places.

This is a fab home stay ! The rooms are one of the best we have been to. Spacious, fab bathroom and super comfy bed! The breakfast is fantastic, not massive but delicious and makes you want more!! It is set back up a little alley away from the busy main road and you f.eel you are away from it! The breakfast on the rooftop terrace has fab views and you are looking over rice paddies and watching the chipmunks in the trees…..we even saw a chameleon! Wayan and Kadek the owners cannot do enough for you and are helpful if you need anything and can help with my taxi etc Would deffo recommend this to anyone and if back in Ubud again, we will be staying here

My daughter and I booked this homestay in Ubud for 5 nights and the feel is so pleasant and chill! The facility is small with only 6 units so not many fellow travellers to contend with. The building is new and the exterior is traditionally Balinese, very nice! The only downside is if you are physically challenged, it is difficult to reach the 3rd floor units or the mess hall at the roof-top because they don't have a lift. It also requires a 5-minute walk along a narrow alley from the main road to reach Eden House. But being away from the main road is an advantage because the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean, with complete hotel amenities, linens are pristine white and fresh-smelling. Best of all the surroundings are full of trees and lush greenery. The terrace on the second and third floors offer a view of the rice paddies with the golden grains about to be harvested. You wake up to the sound of chirping birds in the morning which is very comforting. The hosts, Wayan (husband) and Kadek (wife) are so friendly and accommodating. They treat you like family. There were 2 mornings when we had to leave at 6:15 am (breakfast is served at 7:30 am) to be at our tour destination early. We didn't expect them to wake up so early just to prepare a packed breakfast for us. To me, that was way beyond expectations! Once, Kadek even had to drive a motorcycle to catch us because we had already walked to the main road when she checked on us. They are such a nice couple!

One of the best homestays we’ve had in a while. The experience was made better with the hosts Wayan and Kadek. Everyday we get to have an amazing beautiful homemade breakfast and our place is just a stones throw from lovely eateries like lazy cat cafe and traditional temples and attractions. Loving it. Pictures don’t lie!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are extremely clean, the location is quiet but with five minutes walking you are in Ubud central, the breakfast is so yummy and the whole family are lovely. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family.

We had the ground floor room. Highly recommend the property. It is perfect to be based in for exploring Ubud and nearby trips. Very reasonably priced. Owners are good people with cute family that quickly became friends with our kid. Lovely breakfast with awesome views of rice fields. Very green gardens. Great cleaning staff. Tastefully done rooms and exteriors. Still very homely and cosy. Approach is through a slight walk by a waterway but we like things raw and real.

We originally booked the hotel for two weeks, but as soon as we checked in, we realized we wanted to stay here longer. This is a very good hotel with excellent service and views. Many thanks to Wayan and Kadek for our comfortable stay at the hotel. Spacious rooms with great views of the rice fields. The rooms are spotless as they are cleaned every day. Friendly and responsive owners who will help you solve any problem related to accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfasts (especially the vegetarian omelette). Wi-Fi does not catch at some points, but after a couple of days the "Internet map" will become apparent and there will be no problems.
