I had several problems at this hotel during my stay: 1. They charge extra money for extra towels 2. They have no paper cups for coffee downstairs 3. They lock the hotel door after midnight and you have to wait on the receptionist to open the door for you 4. Their check out is at 11 not 12 and they enforce it 5. No coffee capsule in the room
