Hotel is centrally located and very nice quiet and clean. I had a good time staying there. The staff was wonderful! All of them.

Centrally located but streets are very busy. Nice size room but not much in terms of amenities. Staff are really friendly but don’t always give you the best prices on tours or transportation. Pay attention to other options. Overall decent stay.

Best hotel and customer service in the heart of old quarter, convenient to go anywhere from here. Bed decorated for my birthday. Manager was so nice to send me to the airport on my departure day. Thank you 🙏🏻 Do book this hotel if you're coming to old quarter.

This hotel has no gym, no all-day restaurant or coffee shop. I’m not sure about 4-star rating due to its limited facilities. Service is good.

Clean room. Near to local shopping

Centrally located and very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and were eager to help us solve any problems we encountered. The breakfast was good and the family room was spacious with a huge bed for parents (could easily have slept the whole family!) and a large, cozy, sturdy bunk bed for the kids. The kids also like the play area, and our reception at check in was amazing!

Great hotel right in the centre of old city. Everything is walkable. The rooms are cozy, staff is very good. I will be back

I do not recommend Senior citizen to stay here as there are too many steps and the worse is the floor on the seventh floor when you exit the elevator if you are not careful you may fall. There are no railing and signage to indicate steep steps. Even the entrance to the toilet and room floors are not even.

Immaculately Clean & Tidy. The location is a bit on the inside of the Hanoi Old Quarter but it is very convenient to move around. The Staff are very helpful and breakfast is Great and the hotel has a lot of newness to it.

The hotel was having power issue. We were transferred to the different branch. Quick action and excellent demand

Nice and cozy. The staff has good service and hospitality. Room is big enough and facilities are new. Location is also good, inside the old town area. Many local cuisines nearby.
