Hotel cleanisness is good, no room service. Location to JR is near. If walk to dontobori street is 15min away.

Location is great. Near Sakuragawa Station. Theres 7-11 to buy your meals and daily needs. Unit is great and clean and nicely designed. Kitchen, dining table & dining set. Great for us who buys food outside and eat in the room. Overall it was a great experience.

Checking in requires calling hotel agent for the check in email on check in day. Agent will provide hotel entrance code. Then do online/ virtual check in via hotel ipad. All doors using pincode, no usage of physical card. All pics are accurate. Hotel is spacious for Japan standard, considering it fits 2 double beds. Complete amenities including dining table and chairs/ bench, washing machine, kitchenette with cooker & appliances, shoe cabinet, toiletries. Balcony with drying rack. Suitable for families of 4. 10-15min walk to Glico man sign. 1 min walk to Sakuragawa Metro station around the block. Halal ramen shops 15 min away by foot. Will come again!

It was very interesting experience to stay in staff-free hotel. The only thing is - it is not cleaned every day. But location is very good. We could reach to all famous streets of Osaka. And could enjoy the city. The rules of the hotel are clear. Just follow them. Good value for money

Nice and clean...location near subway.. 10m walk to Jr...near by there is convenient shop and super market

Everything is fine. Notice if you haven’t got your password two days before you check in, remember to call the hotel ask for it.

This is my first time staying in an unmanaged hotel. The hotel will email you the check-in password on the day of check-in. Pay attention to your mailbox. There is free luggage storage on the first floor. The room is large and has a dining table and kitchen for cooking. There is a washing machine and a bathtub. Check-in is only possible after 4pm and check-in details must be confirmed via video. 1. Enter the eight-digit code provided in the email 2. Hold your passport in front of the camera and take a photo 3. Each guest's passport must be photographed in front of the camera in turn 4. After confirmation, the computer will give you the room number and room lock password, please take a picture of it with your mobile phone. This way you can go upstairs and check in directly.

It's very close to the subway station, so you can get there very quickly by taking a shortcut, and there are 2 convenience stores next to the subway station. The accommodation is very good. It is a self-service check-in and daily maintenance of the room. Some friends may not like it, but I am very satisfied. At least it is very clean when I enter and there is a balcony✌🏻
