The staff was friendly, and overall, the price/quality ratio was pretty good."

"Very nice hotel, close to the main train station and metro station. It just takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the old town. The rooms are very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The room isolates the noise well. The only issue we had was with the mini fridge which makes a lot of light at night and makes it hard to sleep. Breakfast was fresh and good quality with enough variety. The staff was super friendly, they offered us water bottles and helped us find the correct dolmus to the main bus station. I highly recommend it."

The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The spa center was also very nice and hygienic, although the only drawback was that one of the staff members there was a bit too strict. Nevertheless, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay there regularly in the future. In fact, we will be there again during the upcoming Ramadan holiday. Most importantly, I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist, Mr. Anıl, for his high-quality service, polite demeanor, and friendliness. I think such a good employee deserves a bonus. Looking forward to many more stays there."

"A smiling and very kind welcome made us very happy. The cleaning was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and warm. The view was magnificent. Ankara was like under our feet. There were no kitchenware or slippers in the apartment. I think this is the only sad part. Apart from that, all the hotel staff I met were polite, kind and sincere. I would like to thank each and every one of them. If I go to Ankara again, I will not look for another place. I will just go there."

So, naturally I firmly replied that I paid for non smoking large bed, not for twin. Then, I was given a room that: 1) wasn't informed that AC didn't work, sweating all night 2) late at night woke up to loud dance music that I thought came from a night club, but next morning, i learned it was the next big party room sharing thin wall that i was even hearing all their conversations 3) the bathroom light switch turned the cranking fan that needed to be fixed"

"In English:The fridge was not working the air condition was not working the manager didn't speak English and was very rude I book a room with double bed 2 single bed but was given room with 5 single bed i asked for the room to be changed but was told no room is available.i asked the manager to change the fridge but he told me the system is done for 30 minute which he was lying.i come back in 1 hours got upset with him then he went to get another fridge from a different room. there was a person who started working there 2 weeks ago he was nice and spoke good English he tried to help but didn't had the authority to do so he name was farhan. the breakfast picture you see is not the same as when you have breakfast in the morning the egg was gone off i will Upload proof of the real breakfast you get which i paid for but didn't eat it i would not recommend this place at all and the worse hotel i have ever stayed in so don't west you money plus there is no parking at the hotel as well which was another lie In turkish: Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu, klima çalışmıyordu, müdür İngilizce bilmiyordu ve çok kabaydı. Çift kişilik ve iki tek kişilik yataklı bir oda ayırttım ama bana 5 tek kişilik yataklı bir oda verdiler. Odanın değiştirilmesini istedim ama müsait oda olmadığı söylendi. Müdürden buzdolabını değiştirmesini istedim ama bana sistemin 30 dakika içinde kapandığını söyledi ki bu yalan söylüyordu. 1 saat sonra geri döndüm, ona kızdım ve sonra başka bir odadan başka bir buzdolabı almaya gitti. 2 hafta önce orada çalışmaya başlayan biri vardı, nazikti ve iyi İngilizce konuşuyordu, yardım etmeye çalıştı ama yetkisi yoktu, bu yüzden adı Farhan'dı. Gördüğünüz kahvaltı resmi sabah kahvaltınızla aynı değil, yumurta bozulmuştu. Gerçek kahvaltının kanıtını yükleyeceğim, parasını ödedim ama yemedim. Burayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmem, kaldığım en kötü otel yani paranızı boşa harcamayın ayrıca otelde otopark da yok bu da bir yalandı."
