GGuest UserThe hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There is a relatively large urban complex around it, which makes shopping and dining very convenient.
The hotel has complete facilities. Although it is not very large overall, it feels very good. The front desk guys are also very enthusiastic. The gym is in the SPA center on the -2 floor of the hotel, and the facilities are also complete! The restaurant is on the -1 floor of the hotel, and the breakfast variety is extremely rich and worthy of praise,,,
I will continue to stay here next time I come to Ankara, it's pretty good!

AAKING888The door is not on the front but on the side. This is my second stay. The hotel is not very new. The bedding is relatively clean. Breakfast is okay. The front desk has a very good attitude. They also gave me a one-hour delay in check-out.

I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

GGuest UserI had requested a room far from the elevator and in a quiet location, but the sound of the range hood was constant throughout the night, and they gave me a room right next to the elevator. They take a 1000 TL deposit; it's unbelievable that such a large hotel like Hilton has become so small-minded and switched to a terrible operating system. It's unacceptable.
