The hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money. However, there are several areas worth mentioning: - location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there - staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase - bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They speak English. Although there was a mistake in my booking made through trip.com, they quickly corrected it and allowed me an early check-in. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

This hotel is really perfect, no matter the price, service and environment, I don't know why there are bad reviews. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel staff melih was very polite, we asked them for car service, they quickly completed it for us, we asked them for Ankara tourism information, they even printed out the information for us, it was really great! Although the room is a bit small, it has complete facilities, and most importantly, the room is new and clean, and feels comfortable! This price is impeccable😻

I stayed for another night. The hotel prices in Turkey are also rising. At first, I could still stay next to next level, but later I moved to greenpark. Now I can only stay at points. However, the location of points is really good. There is a big shopping mall next to it with everything. The guy at the front desk speaks good English and the breakfast is also remarkable.

The standard is that of Four Points Sheraton, but the efficiency of star-rated hotels is a bit low nowadays, I hope it can be improved. My colleague lost his clothes, and we contacted Ctrip, which actively helped us find them. Although we didn't find them, we are very grateful.

Basic business hotel with relatively new facilities and slightly poor value for money.

The hotel seems to be on its last legs. It is in a major financial crisis.
