Fairfield Inn & Suites Anchorage Midtown ★★★
"You need to call for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but everything else is fine"
Merrill Field Inn ★★
"The hotel is a bit out of town but the hotel offers 24 hours shuttle drops off and pickup in the downtown area. You just need to call them. Very great service."
Puffin Inn ★★
"Breakfast is simple, with sliced bread, bagels, homemade pancakes and yogurt, suitable for an overnight stay. The staff is very welcoming, there is free parking, the rooms and facilities are a bit old-fashioned, and it is close to the airport."
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eagle River/Anchorage Are ★★
"The room facilities are outdated, there is no air conditioning, and there is significant street noise. Check-in and check-out both take time, a credit card deposit is required, and it is 22 kilometers from the city center. Not recommended."
Aspen Suites Hotel Anchorage North ★★
"The room is quite spacious, and the amenities are pretty good too."
Bird Creek Motel ★★
"Good rooms, complete facilities, average service"
Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport ★★
"Very basic. Just a transit hotel. I don't recommend it if you have a better option."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage ★★★
"Good in all aspects"
Highliner Hotel ★★★
"The room is not very clean. Staff and friendly and helpful."

Alyeska Resort
"Beautiful environment, excellent service."
The Hotel Captain Cook
"Excellent location at the heart of downtown. However it’s a bit dated. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Will stay again if visit anchorage again."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Anchorage - Midtown by IHG
"The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There is plenty of free parking space available. I also loved that the room featured 100% blackout curtains, so there was no need to worry about daylight extending into midnight. It does face the street, so you might occasionally hear some loud traffic noise, but it wasn't disturb my sleep."
Home2 Suites by Hilton Anchorage/Midtown
"breakfast ends very early at 9am👎"
Four Points by Sheraton Anchorage Downtown
"Lived twice! Repeat customer! Believe in Marriott"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport
"Provide shuttles to the airport which is really nice, rooms are clean, Lication is fine and there is a complimentary breakfast. S"
Deal's Bed & Breakfast Inn
"Kathryn is such a wonderful host as I feel like at home. She’s warm n helpful from calling reliable taxis to recommending her favorite eating place…she even prepared a ‘sumptuous’ breakfast for us to catch our early morning train. I’m sure I’ll be back again when I visit Anchorage."
Aspen Suites Anchorage Downtown
"It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area! If price is your priority, I think it's enough."
Creekwood Inn
"The service is good, but due to the price, the facilities and environment are average"
The Voyager Inn
"Room is clean, essential items are all available. Blackout curtains are effective. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Easy access to both downtown and the shore. Staff is friendly, though there is sometimes a short wait to talk to the staff."
Brown Bear Saloon & Motel
Hyatt Place Anchorage Midtown
"Poor customer service, no communication where to find room or guides, deposit $100 and have not received yet from local Anchorage Alaska"
Hyatt House Anchorage
My Place Hotel-Anchorage, AK
"The hotel was a letdown. They claim to have a kitchen, but there are no pots, pans, or even dishes. What's the point of having a kitchen then? They don't even provide regular cups, just three disposable ones."
Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage
"Facilities: I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The facilities are quite new, and the lobby is clean and bright, without any stale smells. The downsides are that the washbasin faucet has a low water flow (I don't know if it's an energy-saving faucet or something else), and the window air conditioner is very noisy (a common problem in older American hotels). Cleanliness: The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and is clean. Environment: Located in Midtown, there's a buffet restaurant right outside, and chain hotels are all nearby. Service: The airport pickup was smooth. Upon arrival, I called the front desk, and the car arrived in 10 minutes. The driver helped with loading and unloading my luggage, and I tipped him. Breakfast: I booked a breakfast-included meal and was given two breakfast tickets. I discovered it's a per-person American breakfast, 15.95 per person. The breakfast was pretty much the same between the two days, with the exception of the fruit. The fruit was sweet, but the rest was average. It consisted of bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and milk, but no juice. For two adults and two children, the price for four people was charged, plus an 18% large group service fee. Other items can be ordered a la carte, but they should be charged separately."
Hilton Anchorage
"The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and probably the worst of all Hiltons in the chain. It does not even qualify as a 2-star hotel and I paid US$580/night! I accept that it was a busy time due to many cruises disembarking during those 2 days, but Hilton was charging more than most hotels when their standards are way below par! Like many others, I booked at the high price because it’s Hilton and I expected it’s of 5-star standard. So, this is a very poor hotel disguised as a Hilton and charging Hilton prices, conning innocent customers who believed in the Hilton brand! I can understand they wanted to take advantage of the demand situation but, at least be ethical enough to price it according to the standard of the hotel and not the name!!!"
