"It was truly a flawless stay. From the hotel facilities, breakfast variety, staff service, to room amenities, there was nothing to complain about. All the service staff who passed by greeted you warmly. There is also free pick-up and drop-off in the city. The driver, Master Dai, is even more enthusiastic and thoughtful. He will also tell you about the history and customs of Aral. He will also take the initiative to explain to you where some of the buildings you pass by are, and he can be considered as half a tour guide. Because of the hotel, I love this frontier pearl city even more."

"It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating."

Water is provided in the common areas on each floor—perfect attention to detail 💯. The rooms are clean, tidy, and unique, with high-end amenities. They have more outlets than other hotel brands, and feature modern Chinese details. Four varieties of tea are available, allowing guests to enjoy tea in their rooms. The laundry room is well-equipped, with three washing and drying machines, though the lack of disinfectant is a bit surprising. The breakfast was a bit out of place for the hotel's amenities. The selection was limited and the taste was average. Not having watermelon was a bit unusual in Xinjiang 🤔. The only service was from the friendly and welcoming hostess in the restaurant."

"As always, the All Seasons hotel has maintained its standard. I was very satisfied with my stay. I arrived at 12:00 PM that day, and the front desk was warm and friendly. They even explained that there were now three floors available for room selection and asked which floor I wanted. That was very thoughtful. I'm about to check out now, and at 1:50 PM, I called the front desk to ask if I needed to register my license plate before the car left. I told them my luggage was packed and I was ready to check out, and they said there was no rush and I could come down at 3:00 PM. Hearing that for the first time was very heartwarming. Compared to the All Seasons hotel I stayed at in Korla two days ago (I extended my stay by one day, but the front desk didn't see my reservation and called me during lunch break to urge me to check out), this hotel feels much more personal."
