However, our stay was a pleasant surprise that far exceeded our expectations. The hotel has only been open for six months, yet the overall environment is clean and tidy, with brand-new and complete facilities. The rooms are equipped with smart devices, making our stay comfortable and convenient. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were deeply touched by the warm service of the staff. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful, proactively assisting with our luggage, thoughtfully offering us hot tea, and carefully carrying our luggage to our room – every gesture made us feel incredibly welcome. Because we were tired from our journey, and being older, we weren't very familiar with operating the washing machine. Upon learning this, the hotel staff proactively took our clothes to the seventh floor to wash and dry, and kindly let us go back to our room to rest. When we returned from dining out, our clothes were neatly hung out to dry, almost completely dry. This meticulous and thoughtful care instantly dispelled our travel fatigue. In the evening, we did laundry again, and the staff were as patient and helpful as ever, providing consistently attentive service that truly touched us. We used a lot of bottled water, and when we asked, the staff promptly delivered it to our room without hesitation, demonstrating their dedication in every aspect. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very thoughtful, with delicious flavors and a suitable variety, making us feel warm and comfortable at home.
