Very bad experience . The air conditioner is automatically turned off every hour, no matter how you adjust it. The shower is also rubbish and splashes all over the place. . . barely slept all night

The hotel is very old, all the noises from the room doors and corridors can be heard night and day, at 8 a.m. the cleaning ladies wake you up with the vacuum cleaner and don't even knock, they can enter your room without any embarrassment, I do not recommend this hotel, the manager is friendly but the hotel needs to be completely redone, the shower is very small and the hotel is located on a noisy street, building from the 60s you can hear everything, the walls are crumbling. Good location.

Tutto buono soprattutto il signor Francesco.... La ventola del bagno non si poteva guardare di quanto era sporca cmq tutto sommato abbiamo passato una buona notte... Materasso inesistente.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very nice. The location was terrific (centrally located near the bus station, good restaurants nearby and safe area). The food for breakfast was high quality and the coffee was some of the best we've had in Sicily.

If you have ANY kind of back issues, OR if you need to charge MORE THAN ONE device, avoid this hotel. The pics of the room are NOTHING like what they actually are. The bed was so SOFT it left an body imprint and I had to almost climb out of it. The one lamp that worked did not give off enough light so I had to use the ceiling light. Also there was only ONE outlet that was so overcrowded the plugs from the SMALL TV that I could not charge anything satisfactorily. I cannot recomment this place if you want to be comfortable or need more than one outlet. Also the bathroom sink was clogged.

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in der zweiten Häuserreihe hinter einem Marktplatz. Insgesamt ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt, die auch durch eine schöne Allee (Schatten!) an der Hauptstraße entlang zu erreichen ist. Dort in unmittelbar Nähe finden sich auch bereits mehrere Restaurants und eine Eisdiele. Das Zimmer selbst war recht sauber, das Badezimmer jedoch renovierungsbedürftig (Schimmelspuren in Fugen und Duschwand, Duschwanne mit dollen Gebrauchsspuren und abgeplatzter Oberfläche). Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlagen sehr laut, was der Schlafqualität nicht gerade entgegen kommt. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung und das Personal wirklich sehr sehr freundlich. Uns wurde ein Busplan direkt auf Nachfrage ausgedruckt und uns erklärt wie wir zum Tal der Tempel kommen und auch wie wir zurückkommen.

Ho passato una settimana presso l'hotel per lavoro, ho trovato il personale cordiale e disponibile. Massima attenzione al cliente per qualsiasi esigenza richiesta. Ci hanno consigliato diversi posti tipici da vedere bei dintorni di Agrigento e posso assicurare che erano molto belli

Prenotato su *********** a distanza di qualche giorno sono stato contattato dalla struttura e mi è stato chiesto di annullare la prenotazione fatta e rifarla cliccando sul Link che mi avrebbero mandato così avrei avuto un ulteriore sconto del 10%.detto fatto. Al mio arrivo mi viene assegnata la stanza e una volta entrato c era odore di chiuso, finestre sbarrare e non si potevano aprire e infine scarico del lavandino bloccato, ho alzato il telefono della stanza per chiamare la reception ma il telefono non funzionava quindi sono andato alla reception hanno controllato la stanza si sono scusati e mi hanno dato quella accanto che era peggio della prima! Odore di chiuso, di muffa, ruggine nella doccia, nei radiatori, box doccia stretto e tra l altro c era anche la vecchia tenda la cui asta bloccava la finestra, testata del letto staccata dal letto stesso, copriletto ruvido e pungente niente prese di corrente per attaccare il carica batterie dovevi staccare la televisione... Armadietti completamente neri dalla muffa all interno e non parliamo poi della colazione...orario di fine colazione previsto per le 10 e alle 9 già avevano chiuso scusandosi ancora per l inconveniente hanno riaperto e hanno portato cornetti vecchi, un cappuccino che era una purga e un caffè che era acqua colorata. Morale della favola avevo prenotato per 4 notti, siamo stati solo la prima notte e il giorno dopo appena sveglio il mio primo pensiero è stato quello di prenotare un altro albergo e siamo andati via di corsa.

La nostra camera era nella media, mentre il bagno necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. La colazione invece è stata il vero punto dolente: assolutamente insufficiente. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentile e disponibile, mentre la persona che ha assistito in piedi alla nostra colazione, senza proferire parola, non lo è stato altrettanto.

Mi spiace ma devo confermare quelle brutte recensioni che ho letto...troppo tardi. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e siamo fuggiti. Struttura vecchia, mal tenuta, sporca. Il proprietario sa di offrire un pessimo servizio e vorrebbe compensare con la gentilezza tutte le foto ingannevoli pubblicate sul sito dell' hotel. Impossibile. Non avrei mai immaginato di poter trovare un posto del genere.

Hotel molto trascurato, con foto e descrizione ingannevole. Nessun confort, stanze fatiscenti e bagni impresentabili. Pulizia da rivedere. Il sig. Francesco è molto gentile, ma non basta a compensare la sgradevolezza del tutto. Posizione abbastanza centrale.
