Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical Tenerife ★★★★★
"Overall, I'm very satisfied."
Endless Summer Hostel ★★
"After a week we spent we not just improve our surf skills but also had a wonderful time. One of the best hostel with surf camp experience I have ever had. Rooms are super new and the staff were super nice to us. We have a lovely time there. See you next year!"
Sunset Bay Club ★★★
"Been there many times. Allways been good but something happened this time Asked for top floor and we got that but in a building that was being renewaited. Not one flad but almost the whole building. Asked too be moved and was moved last two days and that was ok.the reception from that time did help and did as good as he could. We where thinking , that we where not going too come back but because of him we might. The one that that booked us in was not ok she should have told us about the complex and even offer us another in the beginng. Never find us in the system even if we have been coming there for many years and usely 4-5 times a year. So for first rime in years the score is not 10 its 5."
H10 Costa Adeje Palace ★★★★
GF Fañabe ★★★★
"The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy."
Duque Nest Hostel ★★
"Clean, cozy, comfortable. There's a small pool and water coolers."
H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only ★★★★
"The customer service at the reception was really bad no respect at all. Buffet just soso. Facilities are good tbf"
Iberostar Selection Sábila ★★★★★
"Great hotel, exceeded expectations"
Hotel Riu Arecas - Adults Only ★★★★
"My husband and I booked this last minute 10 night holiday here, it was “ on special” with Tui. We arrived late and we were really surprised to find that a cold meal had been prepared and left for us in the restaurant with a bottle of water. It was greatly appreciated. Our room was really lovely, very clean and with a nice unexpected sea view. The hotel is immaculately clean and the gardens and pool areas are kept really well. The main restaurant is very very busy at both breakfast and evening meal. The food is very good, lots of choices and show cooking. The staff are attentive and usually friendly! This hotel is very big with lots of guests but we still found it very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. We got sun beds easily every day despite the early morning rush to reserve the best spots. Our room maid kept our room spotless with little finishing touches which was really nice. There are a lot of steps to climb when you are out and about, but we are an elderly couple and managed ok. There are walks either side of the hotel, our favourite walk was to the right of the hotel to the fishing village, we had an amazing seafood lunch there at La Caleta restaurant. We didn’t sample the evening entertainment in the hotel but it was always busy. There was only one thing that we didn’t like. TUI described the hotel as totally non smoking in all areas. This is simply not true. The smokers have their own stinky designated area and when they all congregate the wafting cigarette smoke is disgusting. There were occasions where people were smoking and vaping around the pool despite the no smoking rule."

Hilton Vacation Club Royal Sunset Beach Club Tenerife
"This is our second time staying here and it was great. The location is difficult to beat as this part of Tenerife has so many lovely restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and the staff friendly. As usual there’s an issue with towels on sunbeds, including people who would reserve several beds so they could move with the sun throughout the day. This really needs to be dealt with. The pool bar was great and the food reasonable too."
Sunset Harbour Club
"Clean comfortable and great location Near to restaurants , beach and shops"
Iberostar Waves Bouganville Playa
"The hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything else is great."
Hotel Malibu Park
"It was great. Didn`t arrive but it was great"
GF Victoria
"Well thought out hotel, easy for children, easy to access. Exceptional food."
GF Gran Costa Adeje
"It was fantastic!"
Vincci Selección la Plantación del Sur
"Nice hotel in general, but service is definitely not on a 5 star level, unfortunately. Only Nespresso coffee for breakfast or forgetting orders which were alread placed are only a few things."
Royal Garden Villas, Luxury Hotel
"I sent an email in advance to make an appointment for the airport pick-up service. The front desk will add your WhatsApp when you check in. It's very efficient!"
Bahia del Duque
"All perfect , the first day did not stay in a room that did not look correct and without problems changed us to another perfect , everything is perfect in this hotel"
Servatur Caribe
"It's just as good as a 4-star hotel. The only downside is the bed; it was comfortable, but they could provide a larger double bed, as it's two single beds with a rather thin mattress. Otherwise, the facilities are fantastic."
Olé Tropical Tenerife Adults Only
"Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable."
Sol Sun Beach
"Arrived from East Midland at approx 20.50, flight ok but the EES experience was chaotic. Transfer to the apartments took about 30 mins, ref the drop off, the coach parked opposite the Sunwing Hotel. You have to turn right up the road, cross over and walk up the slight hill to the perfume shop on the corner. Turn left down the street and about 20 meters on the left is the entrance. Not well sign posted, yes there’s a couple of unlit boards saying ’Sun Sol’ but no direction as to where it is. Booking in was quite quick, our room- studio apartment with sea view- was just right. We were on a self catering stay as the restaurant was undergoing a refurb, all explained pre booking and info’d by our friends who were not long back. The room was as expected, good bathroom, kitchen and lounge with a nice sun terrace and a real sea view, not sight of the sea at a pinch like some! As the restaurant was under refurbishment they offered a sort of continental breakfast affair served in what we took to be the lounge bar, we weren't particularly interested as we were self catering. The lounge bar area in the evenings didn't appear to be a going concern as through the 7 nights we were there we saw no one in there, probably as the bar was basically a bare counter with a few bottles at the back. They advertised nightly entertainment which must have been at the pool bar area. The pool bar is a pool with a small hut, we didn't use it as the later afternoon siestas were taken on the roof terrace where there were an abundance of sun loungers though hardly used. The apartments were perfect for our needs, clean, pleasant and efficient staff, well equipped and with a great sea view and balcony. We would gladly revisit"

Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife
"Our 4th stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. Rooms, pools, bars and restaurants are all superb; the choice and quality at the dinner buffet is wonderful. Sitting outside and watching the sunsets is a real treat. Breakfast is also extensive with everything you could want, though it would be nice to have boiling water in the tea pots. All the staff are so friendly and engaging, but special mention must go to Laura at the Sunshine Bar, she is an absolute superstar. Well done Riu for removing the safe charge, that has been very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay at one of our favourite hotels."
GF Isabel
"We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again."
