Spa Hotels in Adeje

El hotel está del 10, muy serviciales todos los empleados, pero estuve hace unos 10 años y creo que ha bajado un poco el listón de 5 estrellas gran lujo. Esta muy bien situado en plena línea de playa. Cogimos el hotel con desayuno y muy bien pero le falto algo. Pero tiene dentro un restaurante con estrella michelín al cual asistimos y es toda una experiencia. Tiene un spas brunch que está muy bien.

The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

The hotel was selected worse than expected. The garden room can't see the garden is the road. I gave the worst room when I checked in, and I also gave the same room after fighting. This is done well. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the garbage was not dumped. Many breakfast dishes and bowls are not clean. The good side is that the breakfast is rich, the quality is good, and the seafood buffet for dinner is also very good. The hotel is very convenient for parking. Hotel smaller than expected, pool and seating area space cramped, but room The space is bigger.

Travelled here as a solo traveller and have to say I felt very safe. I was also treated exactly the same as everyone else; sometimes solo travellers can be made to feel uneasy asking for a table for one or sitting at sun loungers with a spare one next to it. Rooms were great on the whole. Comfortable and great bedding. It felt clean but there were little things that could’ve been improved such as blood stain on the wall and dust on skirting boards. I was upgraded from a suite to a gold level suite because they’d sold out. They told me that I wouldn’t be entitled to use gold facilities which i understand but equally if I were the manager I would give access to the gold level pool. The standouts were location - easy access to beach, walks and restaurants; Matias the lifeguard who went above and beyond every day; and food at breakfast choice was vast and so fresh, excellent.

Service: The service was great. We were compensated for a half-day delay in checking out because the room was delivered to us one hour late. The waiters were all warm and polite. Facilities: The suite hotel has two toilets, a large sofa, and a large balcony, which is very suitable for families with children. Hygiene: The waiters who clean the room are very hard-working. There are many rooms, and each room is cleaned very carefully. Environment: A great location. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the beach is a few hundred meters away. The hotel has three very large swimming pools🏊♀️In short, we have stayed in many five-star hotels in Europe. This is my favorite hotel. In addition, the breakfast is also very good, and a lot of freshly squeezed juice is provided🍹I will stay here again next time I come👍

The French gentleman who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced the various facilities in detail. The hotel swimming pool is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The disadvantage is that the spa pool is charged and some facilities are a bit old.

Lovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.

Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.
