"The hotel is in a perfect spot and over from train station so no hiking case around, the hotel is lovely and staff were brilliant, we were on the 4th floor which was very hot with no air con, we asked for a fan and was brought to our room in minutes, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious, our only criticism was no towel hooks, one mirror was to low and the other to high and a woman likes to check how she looks!!, and our cups were dirty they were rinsed not washed, and the room was not very inviting it was plain and boring not even a picture on the wall just blank walls, this wouldn't stop me staying here again the food was amazing and breakfast was good and in a good spot...."

We noticed on the website show they have shuttle bus to city center, but there is not, so if you go to city center the location of hotel is not the best, is just ok, not too far and not too close. if we going to Aberdeen again, we will come back to this hotel."

"The staff are supportive to trans/ intersex and non binary people . Brutalist building on the outside but rooms refurbished on the inside . There are a number of shops that sell food next to the hotel and a retail park on the other side of the road . Getting to the hotel is easy by number 23 bus and a day ticket costs £5-80 per a person from central Aberdeen from the Music Hall bus stop . Room 214 was relaxing and lovely and newly renovated and way view was of the social housing estate and a good viewpoint to people watch . Quiet hotel as it’s 2 miles from central Aberdeen and I had a peaceful stay over 3 nights and 4 days . Breakfast was lovely on the ground floor from 6-30 am to 9-30 am and it was hot porridge from a pot, cakes , coffee, a fruit juice carton and lots of space from other people and guests . If you can get over the outside of the hotel is a dated run down Brutalist building the inside is nice and a cheap place to stay too"

"You can find the location by following Google Maps If there is no service staff, you can enter by ringing the bell or dialing the phone. After entering, put the keys on the table on the right. In terms of beds, don’t expect too much, it’s in line with the general situation. But we thought the toilet was in the room, but we had to go out through another door (there are two doors in the room) to get to the toilet and shower. The door lock looks very cool Even if the people upstairs are walking lightly, they will still hear the obvious sound of walking."

"Stayed here for one night as was travelling early next day by train. Couldn't fault the room at all, clean and comfy. Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good also, just a small help yourself buffet but it did the job. The tables maybe a bit outdated where you eat but I would defo stay here again."
