1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

The room was amazing — beautiful, clean, and absolutely worth the price! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Every room has air conditioning, plus there are 4 TVs, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware — everything you could possibly need.
The best part!!! You can watch the fireworks for free right from the private balcony — so exclusive! Two bedrooms and the balcony have stunning sea and city views. You can enjoy the fireworks up close without any crowds.
The room is beautifully decorated, perfect for taking photos from many corners — it looks straight out of Pinterest. Overall, it’s totally worth it, very impressive, and I’d love to come back again!
I will writing again
New hotel. Clean. Excellent and absolutely new inverter quiet air conditioner and LG TV. Plumbing works well, bed linen is clean. The balcony has a magnificent view. The administrator suggested me to watch the daily fireworks from the roof of the hotel. The administrator is very kind and attentive to guests. I recommend this hotel. Tickets for the cable car and much more can be purchased at the hotel. The price will be the same as through the ticket office at the entrance to the cable car.

I feel conflicted about writing this review. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night where the staff had accidentally booked out our hotel room to someone else. They compensated us and provided us with another room (very small, not very spacious and a little dirty). The following day, we were able to move our things into the room we initially booked. The room was much more spacious. We had a pool view. The pool areas is incredibly gorgeous. Loved hanging out there. The hotel uses incredibly cheap tissues and toilet paper that crumble upon use. We also had no hot water throughout our stay and at one point I had a shower where only drops of water were coming out of the tap. I think they can improve the quality of their facilities. If you're not bothered by facilities and are just looking for a place to rest your head - then this a decent budget hotel.
Excellent hostel, perfect location, rooms were cleaned daily and the the bar was the best way to spend our first night in Phu Quoc! The reps Tin and Salam made us feel so welcome and made the evening events really fun! Would deffo stay again.
Great hotel! Cozy and stylish room with a view of the sea, sanset town and evening fireworks. Good choice of breakfasts (especially appreciated the European option!). Very helpful and friendly staff who are ready to help with all questions. I recommend everyone who comes to Phu Quoc and wants to visit sanset town to stay at this hotel💫

Very good, the service is very thoughtful, it is worth collecting if I have the chance to order again😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀I will come again if I have the chance😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
Ben at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can rent electric scooters from him, which is super convenient for getting around Sunset Town. The egg coffee was delicious. The hotel's location is fantastic; the cable car station is right across the street. There's a spa right next door that I didn't get to try this time, but it's definitely on my list for my next visit. Oh, and a great perk: you can watch fireworks from the hotel room!

GGuest UserA simple hotel, with all the amenities, no questions about the hotel itself, the young man quickly resolved any issues that arose, the downside is the lack of any respect from the neighbors for other people's sleep, after 12 midnight there is a feeling that people do not know what sleep is, but on the contrary, just wake up

GGuest UserThis stay was very peaceful in a quiet area. I would recommend staying here & renting a scooter as this is a less touristy area & is further away from places to visit. There is a local market area a short walk away which is really nice to walk around. The rooms & pool is kept very clean. We slept fantastic. We loved our stay here! Thank you very much.

AAmbae8586We stayed in the Sunset Town area, just a short walk to the night market. The location is perfect with a great atmosphere — you can enjoy walking around all day.
Our accommodation was one spacious family room one standard room and one deluxe room.
Check-in was a little confusing at first since it was done at another building (at Hai Bot eatery that they provided breakfast for us), but the friendly staff and lovely owner made the process smooth. They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and even recommended great restaurants via WhatsApp throughout our stay.
The room was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home. The family room, in particular, was perfect for kids, adults, and the elderly — everyone loved it!
If we visit Phu Quoc again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended! 😊

GGuest UserThis newly opened homestay is located in the sun sunset town in Phu Quoc which is worth it!
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the cable car station, the kiss of sea show and the night market, which is very convenient.
The overall decoration style is novel and has no odor. The space is large and spacious enough, and it is not a problem to place a large piece of luggage. It is particularly worth mentioning that some rooms are also equipped with balconies to enjoy fireworks in the room. The bedding is clean and tidy, providing free toothbrush toothpaste towels and other necessities. Water and snacks are also provided for free every day. This service makes people feel warm and thoughtful.
GGuest UserVery good location - close to the beach, not far from KingKong market, where you can buy food and clothes, there are many restaurants around. And the hotel itself has its own restaurant, we ate there almost every day. It was very tasty, I especially recommend tom yum with pineapples and pho bo. A huge selection of drinks on the menu. The room has good soundproofing, at least there was no noise from quiet conversations. The courtyard is all in vegetation and flowers, you can sit on your small terrace and no one will see you. Every day they changed towels, brought water and cleaned the room. There is a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer and TV. The air conditioner is directed directly at the bed, which is unusual for us, but without it in December-January it is impossible. The hosts are very friendly 😊
