Exceptional service and hospitality shown by staff and owner. They took the extra mile to ensure your comfort and needs are met. View from terrace was perfect; overseeing the Uchisar castle. Bfast was not the usual buffet spread but everything was served to your table. Will definitely come back!

The location of such itself, the outskirts of the city, and also on the rise. Of all that was, I can note the staff - very polite and try to help with any unbound. The room ventilation is not working at all if you take a shower, be aware that the moisture will stand all day and all the things you have there will not dry, including a towel. Also there are ants, in the room it is better not to take anything from the food with you

The cleaning was good, the yaluminum was bad, the roof was raining, the room was flowing, the room was watered, and the stones were thrown into your head, so I don't know the gentleman who welcomed us, but it was very interested, they said, there was the top terrace on Saturday night, the latin dance night. He warned that we wouldn't be disturbed by the voice of our room. He said that it would take to ten and half. A huge room, nothing missing in the room, we came in the middle of winter and became its guests, warm room, clean beds, boiling water, an excellent breakfast and Ms. Nazlım who hosted us like a family member.
We thank you for everything.

This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna!
The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!

Surrounded with restaurants and there is 2 to 3 pharmacy nearby (Walking Distance)

Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green,red, blue tour.
You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.
Overall.
Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!!

Staying top cave hotel will be difficult for you to walk around because it located hilly area. This hotel located ground level Surrounded with many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop.!!
I really enjoyed staying here special thanks sayed the hotel person in charge who being very nice l, guide, and even prepare breakfast for us knowing we are checking out early in morning.

Perfect location for those who likes to watch flying balloons - every morning flying nearby or over aiming to famous Love Valley.
Nearby hills give perfect locations for photographers to take good , clean shots of balloons and picturesque valley.Every morning the spectacle repeats but every morning is different- wind directions, balloons configurations, morning sun lights - unforgettable spectacle.
Hotel location is at the end of Goreme,away enough from the remain road and 15 min walk from vibrant center , full of various restaurants.It gives unique opportunity to see the last live pictures of daily taugh struggle of local farmers with unfertle , dry soil to make it bringing simple crops.All this is being expelled gradually displaced by massive tourism demands represented by better or worse modern villas ”Cappadocia palaces”...

DDaniel NomanbhoyStayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite. The suite is huge. Good heating and cooling systems and a comfortable stay. Good, quaint feel to the hotel and room. The top floor dining room has beautiful views of the surrounding areas and countryside. The breakfast spread and quality is wonderful. Looked forward to breakfast every day. The hotel is 1km (10min walk) from the town center, so it is very quiet.

FFinn PhuaBreakfast had good variety, though hot food selection could be improved. Day2 served the exact same items as day1, so there is no day to day variety. Hot water wasn't coming out very well from the shower and the jacuzzi tub tap. On our checkout day, there was no hot water at all (did not bother asking reception as it was 1 hour to checkout). Water pressure was not strong enough for easy showering. On evening of day1 the jacuzzi jets were not working and the reception guy did not know how to fix it (day2 someone came to our room to flipped a switch to make it work). TV is only in living room, cannot view from the bed in a cave suite. I doubt I will return here if I come back to this area.

RRizky PutriWe were lucky to stay at a relatively brand new hotel. Mr. Faruk, the owner, said that the hotel had just opened in November 2024.
Before checking in, I came to check the location which was only 1.2 kilometers from our first hotel. I then asked Mr. Faruk if he could help me move our 2 large suitcases. Without further ado, he then asked his brother-in-law (Mehmet) to help me pick up the suitcases at no additional cost. Mr. Faruk was also very helpful when we needed to print visas & plane tickets, again at no cost.
Even without air conditioning, the room was cool enough for us (19-21°c). The room size is quite large, comfortable, clean, and fragrant. There is a small refrigerator and safe deposit box.
The view from the window is also quite good, we can clearly see the Goreme hills. The breakfast menu is also varied and some are freshly cooked. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay around Goreme.

AAndryThe hosts for the accommodation are friendly and hospitable throughout the stay, they've arranged a day tour and balloon tour at a short notice due to inclement weather. In addition, I like that they replied to WhatsApp messages very promptly to ensure my concerns were being addressed.
Do take note it's a guest house so don't expect hotel-like amenities such as daily breakfast and daily housekeeping, but the staff will do their best to ensure your stay is comfortable. Not all of them speak English fluently therefore might have some language barrier although Google translate helps somewhat :p
I would like to stay with them again if I go back to cappadocia for vacation as they're arguably one of the best accommodations I've stayed at throughout my travels.
