TTHT2023My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Cotton House in Pammukale. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by the owner, Mr. Tufan. He was always friendly and warm, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
During our visit, we unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving our shuttle bus booking to the airport. However, Mr. Tufan was incredibly patient and dedicated in helping us resolve the issue. His assistance and support made us feel safe and secure throughout our time at the Cotton House.
The rooms at the Cotton House were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We felt a sense of comfort and relaxation in our well-appointed accommodations. Additionally, the homemade breakfast served each morning was simply delightful, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore the wonders of Pammukale.
In conclusion, I highly recommend staying at the Cotton House if you have plans to visit Pammukale. The exceptional hospitality of Mr. Tufan, combined with the cleanliness, comfort, and delicious breakfast, made our experience truly memorable.

SSarah and EricThe Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.

RRchiI would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

GGuest UserThe boss is very enthusiastic, especially like the Chinese, very friendly. We are two 60-year-old elders, and we can't speak English and Turkey, but it is no stranger to Turkish tourism. Most people are friendly and friendly. It is worth a visit.

GGuest UserWalking for more than 10 minutes from the scenic spot, slightly biased. B&B type, the room is about seven square meters, but the cleaning is relatively clean, the air conditioning TV hot water is complete, the wifi speed is not bad. Breakfast time is 8:30 to 10:00, but I have to go out early to play, saying that I will wait to eat so late, I did not eat.
