Kingdom Center Homestay

I have stayed in many types of hotels abroad, and I have only stayed in B&Bs in China. This is my first time staying in a B&B abroad. I don't use the standards of hotels to evaluate it, but as a B&B it is very good. First of all, it is very spacious and clean. Although it is just a villa, the distance between each room is not very close, so the privacy is still good. The location is also very good, close to the city center, and the surrounding environment is also very safe. It's just that he doesn't take the initiative to provide other software and hardware services of the hotel, such as some toothbrush and bath towel consumables and daily routine cleaning. You need to tell a black cleaning lady who works there that they will help clean and take out the garbage, but for me, I don't need the things provided by the hotel. So for me, this is a good choice, just for other friends who want to book as a reference. The boss Lili is really nice and always cares about the guests.

While the hotel has some excellent features (more of that in a moment), the first impression a guest has is the front desk reception staff. They were terrible: unfriendly, unhelpful, unwelcoming....and most of the time not even there (the front desk is empty and loks like a ghost hotel most of the time). This is a shame, because the place has a lot going for it: enormous room (although the first room we went to was actually small, but we asked to change and the replacement was big enough to fit an army), good sauna and gym area, and an excellent, very tasty breakfast. Generally a sound choice, and reasonable distance between the fort and souq 2-3 km to the south and the city centre a few kilometres to the north. Convenient also for the (eastern) railway station, less than 10 minutes drive. They just need to get much, much better trained staff at the front desk who can smile and serve guests!

The hotel has an underground car park, but it is small and there are fewer parking spaces at the door. Located on the side of the road, the Saudis have a faster speed. This requires care. It is ok in the hotel. There is a coffee shop in the hotel lobby, which is also open to the public. The hotel guests have a preferential price.

Not to mention environmental sanitation, it is a large villa in a wealthy local area! We can pick you up at the airport, and the boss is very nice. We two girls were going to drive to the Cliff of the World by ourselves. The manager in charge of picking up the airport happened to be fine, so the boss asked him to accompany us, which is safer! Sure enough, without him, we two girls would be lost on the road! The chef we hired was also very good at cooking the food. After being away for 7-8 days, it was the most comfortable meal I have ever had! It is relatively close to the Global Village, the ancient city, and the stadium!

I went to Riyadh on a business trip and stayed at this B&B. It was run by Chinese people. The communication was very smooth. It was a great feeling of happiness to see my compatriots in a foreign country. The room was large and clean. I will choose it next time I go to Riyadh. Checked in here!
