My friend and I were passing through and needed something at the last minute. We were so happy to find this deal. We each got our own space and own beds. The place was very clean and quiet, and it was neat to be near a forested area. There's no TV or microwave, but there is a full-size fridge, full bathroom, AC.

Very convenient location. Very spatious suites. Free indoor parking included. Cleanliness need to be improved

Downtown, close to everything, 15 minutes walk north to University of Toronto, 10 minutes walk south to the coast, but the bed is a bit small

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the year (New Year’s trip) and spent a total of 4 very comfortable nights. Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay. The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent. The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay. However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests. That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It is the dormitory of the college, newly built. There are 4 bedrooms in this suite, we used 2, and the other 2 are locked. The hall is large and the facilities are practical. Breakfast is good, eat a lot 😀

First of all, it is expensive, and there is an oolong incident. The four of us booked two rooms, but only one room was given to us, and there was no explanation. We could only book another one on site, and it turned out to be more than 100 Canadian dollars cheaper than the one I booked with Ctrip, which was exactly twice the price. Next time you book a room, you should use a few more software to compare, so as not to be pitted. When I got up the next day, there was no cold water in the faucet, only hot water, and the toilet could not be flushed. Overall the experience is very poor.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

My experience at the Business Inn was brilliant. Smooth check in and no issues at all, staff at the front desk were all wonderful: patient, kind, knowledgeable. Constantly welcoming me back to the hotel! Something small that I appreciate. The room was wonderful, all the appliances worked brilliantly, and I was honestly astounded by the amount of space for the price! Very good value. Furthermore, the room cleanliness was perfect, I had no concerns and always felt good coming home. Loved the location, lots of action and good feelings in the neighborhood. I truly could not be happier with my experience. Thank you very much!

Far from the city center, it is ”mountain”. It takes about 15$ to take a taxi to Dt. There are two colleges next to it, and the walk around is very wide. Similar to the student apartment, ”two rooms and one living room”, clean and spacious. The dark room is slightly cooler this season. The 24-hour front desk, the service is still very reassuring.

The price is definitely overpriced. The dormitory is absolutely suitable for my family trip. The room is 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The place is very spacious. There is a fast food area and a small supermarket in the lobby. There is also a laundry room, a cooking room, a fitness room, and a playroom. The only thing is that the facilities are not comprehensive. The room only provides a microwave and ice. The bathroom only provides shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Please note that you must bring a water cup because it is not provided in the whole room. Otherwise, you need to buy it in the supermarket in the lobby. The online store should correct the 1 bedroom 2 room bed. Both rooms have 52-inch beds. It is not the 1 bedroom 2 beds provided on the website. The other 1 room does not provide the bed shape.
