AayveemeyDissapointing to say the least,place wise. The pictures in their website are old ones,must be taken when the hotel just starts to operate. And no way near the present condition of the building. Placed is not up to my standard of cleanliness. Building is old, and I killed like 2 cockroaches during our stay. Cable was not working,wifi is very poor signal. No microwave and no fridge. On the bright side,staff were nice and accomodating. And location is good. Lots of stores around. Sorry not sorry,but not until they renovate and do something about above issues,most likely won't recommend this place.

GGuest UserIt very basic but affordable price There's also a swimming pool you can use Breakfast is very good also We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking

AAnnieztIt is both a hotel and a restaurant🍴 The location is very good, close to a main traffic road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere by car. The hotel has a very beautiful small courtyard with an antique interior. There are several breakfast sets to choose from. It is very nice to sit at the dining table in the courtyard in the morning and enjoy breakfast😊 It is clean and the service staff is also very good. Because my flight was leaving at night, I applied for late check-out and added 500 pesos. When traveling to Davao, I highly recommend the Big House Hotel🏨

MMarsangelThe staff were very friendly and accommodating. It just felt like home. Considering it was very cheap, the fact that they did not have a free bathroom tissue is understandable. Its expansion is still ongoing, and it's very promising. I'd recommend the place.
