Our check in with Shashell was easy. The location is convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The room smelled and was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There were quite a few people coming and going at the hotel but it was very, very quiet. The breakfast buffet had decent scrambled eggs and sausage. We decided to stay one more night and Shashell made that happen easily. We enjoyed our vacation in the Smokeys!

In the shower it looked like he wall above was flaking off. Stayed in room 101. I felt like they were watching everyone close. But over all I’d rate 4 of 5. They only gave 1 bar of tiny soap. And not enough pillows

The pictures offered a bigger view than accurate, but overall happy with the hotel. The women running the office was both friendly and efficient, could definitely multitask. Her husband came out to offer help, but she was on top of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again!

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean and spotless. The rate is decent and great for a few nights. Breakfast is good for the price. We will come back. The staff is friendly and treated as if they were family. The manager is very helpful with the area around Nashville. Thank you Days Inn.....!!!

If being saturated in the smell of sewage (I assume from the nearby city sewer system), being terminally tormented by the tedious sounds of traffic, cringing all night at the excruciating cacophony of construction activity, wincing at the grating sound of city vehicles cleaning streets and emptying dumpsters outside your room all night, being deafened at 4 a. m. by a diesel delivery truck parked outside your room running their refrigeration units at 120 decibels and clanging on metal unloading ramps loudly enough to wake the deceased, and a general unawareness of and indifference to your suffering and the very idea that a lodger might wish to sleep at night are what you seek, this hotel is for you! The hotel was clean and neat inside the room and conveniently located near City Cafe and a public transport stop, however, the notion that a lodger might desire sleep seems to have escaped them. In my personal experience Hotel Bo now has pride of place for providing (or not providing, rather) the worst night of ”sleep” (torture, rather) at a hotel that I have had in half a century. I honestly could have slept in my truck in a Walmart parking lot and been happier and more rested right now. I find it humorously ironic, I guess, that I arrived after midnight due to a difficult journey thinking I would crash hard and sleep through any disturbance a hotel might have the capacity to conjure up in the night, not knowing that the fates were already laughing devilishly at what they had planned for me at Hotel Bo. So, here I sit at City Cafe (since 5 a. m., by the way) musing to myself about my own idiocy. Caveat emptor.

The only thing good about our stay was the price! Next time I’d pay triple to stay somewhere else. We had a rest day and chose to let our kids swim….the pool area is so nasty, mildew on the chairs, walls and even the floor. We stayed all but about 30 mins in there! The room itself was sort of clean but could have been better. The door to the bathroom had junk caked up all over it. It was either hot or cold in the room and it made us all so stuffy especially my baby, he is now on medicine to try to clear it up (he was the closest sleeping next to the vent) checkout was 11 however my husband went down at 10 to load the car and when he came back up at 10:10 they already had our keys cut off so thankfully I was still in the room to let him in. There was nothing to put our clothes in as far as a dresser, not table and chairs for seating. This place is really sad bc it could be super nice if they would take care of it properly! I used to stay here as a child when my parents would take us and it used to be the most fun place so I was definitely let down for my kids :(

This hotel is aging, but much nicer than the prices suggest. There were stains on the hall carpet (but people are slobs and may have dumped their cokes yesterday) and some maintenance issues like the broken USB ports on one bedside table. The AC in our room (and the two others we were allowed to check) were quite loud and rattley. But I still had the best night of sleep I've had in months. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast included hot options. The location was excellent for the things we were visiting (Racoon Mountain cavern and the Incline Railway). Adjust your expectations for the price point and be pleasantly surprised.

The place was clean and fresh and enjoyable too. Will be back in March 2025. Love Days Inn comfortable stay and close to Bucee and food places. There are Days Inn every where in Tennessee . Clean room clean sheets. Friendly staff and breakfast is great too. Coffee great?

It is a very well located place, everyone there is very friendly and the best thing is an excellent price

The last time we visited this hotel, the door was left wide opened before we got to the room? Given a key & told to go to this room & the door was opened & bugs were all over the place inside? We did ask for a differ room, but early am, we could hear the staff & the rolling out with th cart/carts right outside our door, but we hadn't had a problem last time we were there, where we were so surprised this time?

A decent place to stay for couple of days. Location is very good with close proximity to every essential stuff.

River Place Inn accommodated us with a beautiful cabin situated over looking the river with geese we were able to feed in the yard and a hot tub on back porch we enjoyed and a large king size bed we will definitely be visiting again! Also the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and the staff was helpful. Would recommend it to everyone.

Free breakfast is great! Rich in content, cereals, bread, cakes, scrambled eggs, beef patties, coffee, milk, fruits, etc., although Western food, also eat full. The rooms are small and the facilities are simple but clean and tidy. You can also stay with a 14-year-old child. It takes ten minutes to eat and supermarket, and parking is free.

What a nice experience! Checked into the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large, clean and furnished well. Do not be discouraged by reviews saying it is in a bad location. They are many other hotel and restaurants nearby and all within walking distance. It is only about 1-1/2 blocks from the main street which you exit onto from I-75. This will be our go to place in Chatanooga for now on. 1 of the nicest budget hotels we have stayed in using our Wyndham Rewards.

Our stay here was good and not-so good. We requested a ground floor room and that's what we got, which some hotels won't do if we arrive later in the day. We were able to park right at the door. Room and everything was pretty clean. The things we used worked well (refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer) but I didn't see an ironing board. TV worked fine. The shower worked well and had one of those shower curtain rods that gives you more room. The sink/counter area was large and separate from the toilet tub. The breakfast was okay with hot scrambled eggs & sausage, biscuits & gravy, packaged pastries, bagels, some cereal, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. There were washers and dryers in the room where the pool is. We didn't try the pool but it was large and indoors and looked nice. There was a $100 deposit and since we paid with a credit card, they said there would be no problem about having to pay it in cash. On the negative side: The room had an odor... not really smoke but something that wasn't particularly pleasant. The room felt very humid and ”sticky” despite the a/c working to lower the temperature. I didn't like the feel of the tile floors on my bare feet. There was no tissue in the tissue dispenser. Although there was room for a table and chair, there wasn't any. We ate our carry-out dinner sitting on the bed. Pillows were only okay and all were the same. Toilet/tub area was very small. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

We booked to stay When the concert we attended was over. It was very to get off the Interstate and into the parking lot. Staff was very helpful. They made a mistake on our charge, got our reservation mixed up with someone else and charged their room to us. I noticed it on my bank app and went to the front desk. The young lady said she had made a mistake and corrected it immediately. She was super nice. They were remodeling rooms and the ones finished were very nice. I recommend this place.

room could've been in better condition. state of amenities were to be expected for the price but at least a minimum theres free coffee and the atmosphere is friendly. customer service is actually quite reasonable and was helpful when i made requests as well. 4/5.
