SSandraHoRimu Lodge was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Sue Allen, made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was beautifully decorated and offered a breathtaking view, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the fresh milk for our tea and coffee to the complimentary drinks and chocolates, all adding to the sense of warmth and hospitality. Breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious selection of cooked options to choose from. The entire experience was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend staying for at least two nights to fully appreciate the charm and comfort of this remarkable lodge.

GGuest UserThe service was supreme. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, with a beautiful bed cover. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was an amazing choice of toast with jams and marmalade or honey. Also in the room were cereal, yoghurt, and 2 mini chilled fruit pots in the fridge. There were plenty of choices for beverages and a litre of milk. This is the best in-room breakfast I have ever experienced!

WWEIThe location of this hotel is close to the firefly wormhole. It is especially convenient to watch at night. It is only about five minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road, recommend this accommodation. The car stops outside the door!

The breakfast provided needs to be self-service, but it is well prepared. The service is quite considerate and they specially recommended the best location for viewing the glacier for us.
