This 160 sq m south facing farm-like holiday home designed by the architect-owner, sits harmoniously on an organically cultivated 30,000 sq m private land full with 300-400 year old olive trees. The House consists of two independent self-contained sleeping units on either side of the main living/kitchen area. Unit A, with a veranda of its own, has two adjacent en suite bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub) Sleeps 4. Unit B has two bedrooms in different levels joined with a staircase, sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub).Sleeps 4. All three areas with exposed timber roofs layered with byzantine tiles look onto a large veranda with a great view towards the olive grove and the sea. The area is quite, the landscape is beautiful and the ground covered with Mediterranean flora is ideal for kids and pets.
