The location is a bit far from the mall but it has a bridge connecting to it. The mall has a lot of restaurants and convenience store. The room was so clean and well maintained. Provides slippers (beware the slippers sole is not rubberized. Easy to slip and fall) and toothbrush and small bottle of water is also provided. Though only 1 tissue roll in each toilet. There's only1 cons in the room, the aircon at the living room keeps turning off which is a bit hassle.

It's nice for a short gateway for 2D1N. Never use the washing machine & microwave, don't know if it functions or not. But management didn't provide hanger in the house, so we unable to hang our clothes.

The location is very convenient as it’s super near to CIQ and with eateries and shops right below the apartment. Free parking during our stay. Keys collection is very easy and with very helpful staff patiently explain to us how to navigate to our apartment lift from the carpark. The view from our apartment was superb too. Rooms were clean but the bathroom amenities are limited so please bring along your own shampoo and body wash. The beds are a bit too hard for us too. There are 3 bathrooms in this 4 bedder apartment which is wonderful.

Had a mixed feeling about my stay here. The cleanliness was a question mark. Tables were sticky, toilet had poop line & smelled like pee, found mold in a bowl, mirror was horrible. Good point that the management responded asap & sent cleaner. But cleaner wasn't properly trained. I had to give instructions on how to clean & helped her clean 🤷🏻♀️ Location was great & pool is super clean, perfect for a dip after a long day.

First time book R&F 19 floor for 6pax. Room are cleaned with shampoo, toothbrush, big towel & kitchen usage. Ground floor has many restaurants and 24hrs mini mart. Yummy 12pm lunch bbq & wanton mee that closed at 3am! Car park outside the building it’s free for I think 3 hrs if not overnight need to park inside big carpark , we paid 16rm for overnight just outside the condo( no need to walk so far to carpark as we have elderly ) The only step back was they only gave us 1 room card for the whole family. The bed are not super comfortable but it’s ok for 1 night :) it will be also good if common room has 2 single bed in future. Everything was contact by WhatsApp, admin will reply within 30mins time.

The room, location and the property management was superb. They were very flexible in check in and out time. We managed to check in early and check out later than check out time. Since we came really early, they also allowed us to leave our luggage in the property. The location is really good, highly recommended for those planning to just stay around KSL. The room was in a smaller side but all the things you might need, the toilet even has the japan toilet seat installed 10/10. My only concern was 2 things: 1. The pillow smells - they might need to air it out or wash it, it's for both pillows 2. Not sure if they're supposed to provide hand soap, but the bottle in our toilet is almost finished.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom and 2 bathe apartment with The Bess Homestay. Overall experience was 9/10. 2 rooms and balcony having SeaView which is very nice especially when u sit at the balcony. Living room is very nice, neat and homely. Only set back is the master bathroom drainage is a bit choked and the car park is confusing. However, will book this unit again.

Came with a lot of facilities, very clean and great location, right beside KSL shopping. Rooms are comfortable too! Second time staying here and will return again!❤️❤️

The basic facilities are all there (but there is no toothbrush), and the cleanliness is good. However, from 8pm to the rainy time, no one delivers the takeaway. The main reason is that Tuas Link is a bit far, and it is still a bit tiring to go there from SG
