Stayed at R&F Seine Region. Place looks modern and location is good, but room was quite basic. No TV and missing some other amenities, so a bit disappointing for the price.
The apartment is of good size for families of 4. Even it’s just me and my husband, it is good size too. We enjoy the comfort and cozy-ness of the apartment. It is clean and well kept. Meymey is also nice and provides good customer service. She is also prompt and patient in responding to my queries since it is my first time booking this apartment. Definitely going to book with this serviced apartment when my husband and I come to JB!!

No frill check in: register with the security guard and obtain the keys from letter box with passcode provided.
The apartment is spacious and clean. Most things are functional except the gas stove but a portable electric stove was provided instead. All necessities like toothbrush, shampoo, drinking water are provided. Property is well maintained overall.
Location is good. R&F mall is just across, many eateries there. From the mall to CIQ and City Square is about 10mins walk along a covered walkway.
Good experience. Recommended.

Upon check-in, when my allocated parking lot was occupied by another vehicle, your staff promptly resolved the issue with efficiency and professionalism. In addition, when I requested replenishment of toilet items, the service was provided very promptly and courteously. Excellent job overall!
The location is great and the view is magnificent, overlooking the Causeway and Singapore. I enjoyed my stay!

1. Wifi didnt worked throughout whole stay,

The room is very spacious and clean.
Conveniently located beside KSL City mall.
During our 1-day stay, we notice a water leak in the kitchen sink.
The floor level walkway is abit dim lighted. Need to take note.
The passenger lifts gets busy during evning time and can cause some delay. Need to take note.
The environment and facilities here were so impressive, I almost wanted to buy an apartment at R&F Princess Cove! Getting to Singapore by land was incredibly smooth; it's a direct 10-minute walk from the overhead pedestrian bridge to the Singapore customs hall. The deposit paid online was refunded within three days. In Johor Bahru, most hotels and guesthouses in good locations priced under 200 RMB typically lack windows and have outdated facilities. However, this private rental at R&F Princess Cove didn't cost much more, was very comfortable, boasts an excellent location, and offers convenient shopping.

GGuest UserPleasant experience, the unit was clean and tastefully furnished. The only downside is that there are no coffee/tea cups, teaspoons and basic stuff like scissors and knives but I believe all the units at R&F are the same. Microwave is more useful than full oven😅

GGuest UserWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

*Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean.
*Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it. *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels.
*We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2. Opportunities for improvement:
*Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in.
*Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean!
*Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)

GGuest UserAir cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene

This round book under trip. Did not get any email from 3rd partty on his how to access to my room and the number provided by trip was wrong too. I was being scold by the person too.
I think trip will owe an explanation on this on what happening regarding the wrong number given as well as booking from trip how come Agoda have the details.
