Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to southkey mall. Pool is nice. Check in was very easy. Would recommend!

It’s conveniently located for those who like to go to KSL to shop. The instructions (over WhatsApp) to collect the card access key from the mailbox and to unlock the main door were easy to follow. The service staff is very prompt and cordial in their response over WhatsApp. Appreciate their advice to avoid taking the lift between 1030am-3pm as the wait is long but for those who are travelling out during those time, be prepared to wait especially if you’re staying at a high floor. The corridor leading to our unit is unclean and rubbish wasn’t cleared for 2 days. Our level 25 unit is simple and cozy for 6 pax. It is generally clean and has the basic amenities.

Absolutely fantastic! Super quiet and comfortable. Downstairs, you'll find a durian stall, a wide variety of food options, and a supermarket. Security is excellent: the guards are always friendly, opening doors and saluting. Key card access is required for building entry and elevator use. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, table tennis room, billiard room, and a children's play area. I stayed on the 45th floor, and there wasn't a single mosquito or insect. Just a heads-up if you look straight down – it's quite a dizzying height!

I am absolutely satisfied with the hotel service, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the on-site staff. Upon check-in, when my allocated parking lot was occupied by another vehicle, your staff promptly resolved the issue with efficiency and professionalism. In addition, when I requested replenishment of toilet items, the service was provided very promptly and courteously. Excellent job overall! The location is great and the view is magnificent, overlooking the Causeway and Singapore. I enjoyed my stay!

It's nice for a short gateway for 2D1N. Never use the washing machine & microwave, don't know if it functions or not. But management didn't provide hanger in the house, so we unable to hang our clothes.

This is a hidden gem if you 1. Want to spend your holiday at paradigm mall 2. Have extremely responsive and friendly hosts 3. Want a clean and well thought of place to rest or chill This has been a great stay and my family says we will come back again. Hosts are really responsive to all my requests. Highly recommended. Book to experience their hospitality.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The views are also great.  Check in needs to be done via WhatsApp. You are also asked to leave a deposit.  The location is a quiet and a few kilometres from the city centre so it’s convenient to use Grab. In the while it’s good value for money and I enjoyed my stay. The pool and gym are also decent.
