We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, The location is good. Very near to the nearby lake, bus terminal and the Notre Dame Church.
I booked a room with a city view but was not assigned to such a room upon our check in, though upon my verbal request, they transferred us to the room with a city view on the second floor.
Unfortunately, we notice that the hallway going to that room is being used as a stocked area of some unused beds causing quite discomfort in walking along that way to our room.
The comfort room also needs some repair and improvements. With a rusty and detached towel hanger inside.
The room itself is okay but has a defective door knob.
On our last night of stay, we were not able to have sound sleep due to continuous noise within the hotel Which we were not able to identify where the noise is coming from.
Practically, we still recommend this hotel for those who are planning to have trips to Sa Pa
I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.
The hostel is very new, and it gave me the impression that it's still under construction. However, during my stay, the cleaning was very poor 😢. Otherwise, the staff was really friendly and the hostel's location was good 👍🏼.
First of all, it wasn't a mountain view from the name. I arrived at dawn, but I was very troubled to find the name and photo completely different. The room was ignorantly cold. It was not very useful even if the heater was turned on. I went to eat breakfast and it was all bread crumbs. Write a review for Koreans who may not know. If you are traveling to Sapa for the first time, choose a hotel with a 4 star or higher. You can think of three stars as just 90 years of motels.
