The price is very good! The room is quite big in European hotels. It is quite clean. There is a bed and pillow hidden in the cabinet under the mirror opposite the bed. You can ask for laundry beads for free at the front desk. The tableware is very complete, including dishcloths and dishwasher. The air conditioner has heating and cooling. The TV can be used to watch YouTube and there is a screen projection option, but it doesn't work after a long time. There is indeed a bar opposite the building, but it closes in the early morning. The day we arrived was Sunday. The soundproofing of the room windows is very good! Almost no sound can be heard! The only thing is that the front desk is not 24 hours. There is a self-service check-in machine at the door of the 0th floor, but if you check out early, you can only call the emergency number. The waiter has a strong Spanish accent đ I called for a long time and said that I just need to put the card on the table in the room.

There are three 60 Balconies properties all within a short distance of each other in Madrid. This one is 60 Balconies- Art. When researching (and arriving..!) make sure you have the right one. This one is really well located - just across from the main train station, and a short distance to many of the major art galleries and cultural institutions. It is a short walk to both the botanical and El Retiro gardens. We had a two bathroom/two bedroom apartment. (One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom). The apartment had a well appointed kitchen - although no guide to work that we think was an oven (?) and a machine that looked like a coffee maker. The crockery had seen better days, however for the short times we were actually in the apartment and not outdoors enjoying everything Madrid had to offer; it wasn't really an issue. The lounge is spacious - but like most places we stayed on this trip why is there only one two seater couch in an apartment that caters for four...? The location is a standout - just ignore the fast food chains and garishly lit cafes around the outside of the building. Its just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all you need. Oh and there is a metro stop right outside the door...

The room was clean and the self-check-in was convenient. Our family is four big and one small, two big beds and two double beds are enough. There is a bed separated by curtains behind the living room, and there is no problem with the family. Several families may be a little inconvenient. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have made a few meals. The dishwasher and washing machine are very convenient. Someone cleans every day. There is no kitchen scissors. There is also a little coffee. Five people stayed for three nights and gave two coffee capsules. Others are perfect. like very much. The location is very good, ten minutes walk is the Sun Palace Square. Lichi Park is not far away.
The room is very clean, the furniture is new, there is a washing machine and laundry detergent, the location is very downtown and convenient to go anywhere.
However, there is no front desk, and I did not receive the online check-in email in time after booking with Ctrip. I made two calls before I received it. If I don't check in, I can't receive the password, and I can't even enter the apartment door.
In addition, the hotel's air conditioning must be adjusted in the background. At 25 degrees, I will wake up in the middle of the night. At 24 degrees, there is no difference from being in the refrigerator. I am speechless.
The welcome kit was also sent after asking. I didn't feel the noise as the reviews said. The breakfast is very average. I recommend not to eat it.
Our stay was simply outstanding. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the well-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise.
The location was ideal, with attractions and restaurants within easy reach. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early with short notice and offering helpful recommendations.
I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay in Madrid.

The room I booked has a balcony which is ok. Overall, due to the European consumption level, I think the price/performance ratio is still very high. The hotel booked a two-meal service and chose breakfast and dinner, which is worth having

My stay was exceptional. The apartment is beautifully decorated with vibrant colours and modern furnishings, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. The host was incredibly attentive and provided detailed recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
My experience was good overall. Easy check-in, good room service and easy check-out. The place also functions as a residence and so I guess longer stays can be arranged.
I used it the night before a family trip. Considering the price, this is probably it. However, the indoor toilet is separated only by a curtain, so even if you are a family member, you may be reluctant to use it. Breakfast is included and the content is not bad, but the staff's attitude is bad. The hotel made the guest confirm that the number of guests was incorrect, and even when he realized his own mistake, there was no apology. That female staff member will be hated by all the customers.

MMaria Huang ZHSNot a 24-hour front desk. No slippers or welcome water. The location is safe next to the US embassy. So it is in a good area. The price is okay
BBeishangdaokuqidebingxiangOverall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Contacted the hotel customer service, uploaded the passport photo to receive đ In addition to this, the overall is very good, the location is very convenient, about 8 minutes to go out is the subway station, taxi can also be called

GGlobaltrottersThe apartment was favorably located, in close proximity to a public parking garage which we used, metro station and restaurants. We were really satisfied with how clean, spacious, functional and modern the entire apartment was and the amenities were great too! Everything you need!
The only downside for us was right at the start with trying to find the building as part of the name was missing and then the lengthy check-in process. The photos of travel docs of each occupant had to be uploaded and if that was not enough, we also had to fill in the details for each one of us. We traveled with our 1 month old baby all the way from Valencia to Madrid and was waiting outside in the cold for the code to enter. Only until we called the contact centre did someone acknowledge that we had completed the check-in process and emailed us the code.
Overall, it was a great apartment, however, may need to give some thought to a check-in process that is stress-free.
AASHRAFSGStayed 5 nights. Apartment itself is clean and adequately stocked up with appliances, utensils, tea coffee , oil, etc. Good!
Note: Itâs located about 8-9 metro stops from Gran Via or Sol. Takes 15 mins to walk to apartment from the nearest Metro Nuevo Numancia. This area is a ghetto. Not the prettiest. Doesnât look safe either.Â
Did not receive access code to access apartment . Called Olala three times until finally a staff managed to send WA to my mobile just as our train pulled into Madrid. Took 1.5 hours for this. Had to scramble to key in passport details to check in before access code is given. You need to call Olala Homes coz they do not reply to emails or messages on Trip.com. Staff was helpful.Â
Would I stay here again? No. There are affordable apartments near Sol or Gran Via areas.Â
Olala Homes overall is good. But not the one at Nueva Numancia.

GGuest UserWe were there around 10pm. We were waiting outside of the apartment for more than 45 min. There is no one answere our call and trip.com also couldn't find their supplier. We been told that we didn't reply their email and send out our passport copies so we cannot have the apartment. I understood that would be your hotel policy but we were on our journey. we couldn't reply you in time. We booked 3 adults accommodation and the sofa bed did not prepared for us. My dad finally slept on the floor. I did send message to owner but no one came over.
My experience is trip.com gave customers bad response and this apartment is average.
