It was really amazing as soon as I entered the door, the environment was particularly good, it was the best surrounding environment, and the price was very high.
Safe and clean, instruction through email are clear.
This area of Madrid is not the best but good enough and no issues , with supermarkets, shops, churreria around. Public transport is close as well as bicimad is you wish to go downtown in 15 to 20 minutes.
So to be recommended.
Modern and quiet aparthotel located in the heart of Madrid's financial district, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. However, communication with the hotel’s back-office help desk is unresponsive, with no replies to any information requests. The Internet call and provided contact number are both invalid, and the lack of an iron and ironing board makes it less suitable for business travelers.
There is no front desk reception, I don't know how to send the password in the email, all kinds of messy things, and they asked me to confirm the check-in in advance, which was all lonely. It's nothing more than giving a password downstairs to open the door, and then using the same password to find the room number and enter the door. After a long time, the address given by Apple Navigation was not correct. I also fumbled for a long time by myself. Next time, I definitely don't recommend booking this hotel if you don't know Spanish!!! There are so many steps in the apartment building, which is particularly unfriendly to big suitcases!!!
The room is very clean, the furniture is new, there is a washing machine and laundry detergent, the location is very downtown and convenient to go anywhere.
However, there is no front desk, and I did not receive the online check-in email in time after booking with Ctrip. I made two calls before I received it. If I don't check in, I can't receive the password, and I can't even enter the apartment door.
In addition, the hotel's air conditioning must be adjusted in the background. At 25 degrees, I will wake up in the middle of the night. At 24 degrees, there is no difference from being in the refrigerator. I am speechless.
The welcome kit was also sent after asking. I didn't feel the noise as the reviews said. The breakfast is very average. I recommend not to eat it.

Very good location, right next to a metro station, big clean room, warm, beds and bathroom all very good. Kitchen has everything. Check in process went well with online check in and process to enter into the apartment was seem less. There are grossery stores nearby, and coffee shops. Boiler shut down during the middle of night for some reason which I reset in the morning and then it worked. Our experience overall was excellent !!!

The price is very good! The room is quite big in European hotels. It is quite clean. There is a bed and pillow hidden in the cabinet under the mirror opposite the bed. You can ask for laundry beads for free at the front desk. The tableware is very complete, including dishcloths and dishwasher. The air conditioner has heating and cooling. The TV can be used to watch YouTube and there is a screen projection option, but it doesn't work after a long time. There is indeed a bar opposite the building, but it closes in the early morning. The day we arrived was Sunday. The soundproofing of the room windows is very good! Almost no sound can be heard! The only thing is that the front desk is not 24 hours. There is a self-service check-in machine at the door of the 0th floor, but if you check out early, you can only call the emergency number. The waiter has a strong Spanish accent 😂 I called for a long time and said that I just need to put the card on the table in the room.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserI used it the night before a family trip. Considering the price, this is probably it. However, the indoor toilet is separated only by a curtain, so even if you are a family member, you may be reluctant to use it. Breakfast is included and the content is not bad, but the staff's attitude is bad. The hotel made the guest confirm that the number of guests was incorrect, and even when he realized his own mistake, there was no apology. That female staff member will be hated by all the customers.
MMaria Huang ZHSNot a 24-hour front desk. No slippers or welcome water. The location is safe next to the US embassy. So it is in a good area. The price is okay
BBeishangdaokuqidebingxiangOverall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Contacted the hotel customer service, uploaded the passport photo to receive 😅 In addition to this, the overall is very good, the location is very convenient, about 8 minutes to go out is the subway station, taxi can also be called
GGuest UserThere are three 60 Balconies properties all within a short distance of each other in Madrid. This one is 60 Balconies- Art. When researching (and arriving..!) make sure you have the right one. This one is really well located - just across from the main train station, and a short distance to many of the major art galleries and cultural institutions. It is a short walk to both the botanical and El Retiro gardens. We had a two bathroom/two bedroom apartment. (One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom). The apartment had a well appointed kitchen - although no guide to work that we think was an oven (?) and a machine that looked like a coffee maker. The crockery had seen better days, however for the short times we were actually in the apartment and not outdoors enjoying everything Madrid had to offer; it wasn't really an issue. The lounge is spacious - but like most places we stayed on this trip why is there only one two seater couch in an apartment that caters for four...? The location is a standout - just ignore the fast food chains and garishly lit cafes around the outside of the building. Its just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all you need. Oh and there is a metro stop right outside the door...
JJOSE MATEOIt’s perfect if you are doing transit because the airport is very close. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean! I would definitely stay again without a doubt! 😊
GGuest UserPlease note that check-in time is 3pm
Because our last hotel was scheduled to check out at 11:30, we arrived at this apartment at 12:30 but could not get in. Because it is an apartment, we need to note that there is no front desk and we cannot store luggage.
After sending an email to ask the apartment staff, we were still allowed to check in at around two o'clock.
When I entered the room, I still met my expectations. The facilities are complete, the room is spacious, and there is a large loft. I think it is a very comfortable place to stay with friends.
AASHRAFSGStayed 5 nights. Apartment itself is clean and adequately stocked up with appliances, utensils, tea coffee , oil, etc. Good!
Note: It’s located about 8-9 metro stops from Gran Via or Sol. Takes 15 mins to walk to apartment from the nearest Metro Nuevo Numancia. This area is a ghetto. Not the prettiest. Doesn’t look safe either.
Did not receive access code to access apartment . Called Olala three times until finally a staff managed to send WA to my mobile just as our train pulled into Madrid. Took 1.5 hours for this. Had to scramble to key in passport details to check in before access code is given. You need to call Olala Homes coz they do not reply to emails or messages on Trip.com. Staff was helpful.
Would I stay here again? No. There are affordable apartments near Sol or Gran Via areas.
Olala Homes overall is good. But not the one at Nueva Numancia.
TTianxingzhejiushiwoThe room I booked has a balcony which is ok. Overall, due to the European consumption level, I think the price/performance ratio is still very high. The hotel booked a two-meal service and chose breakfast and dinner, which is worth having
