This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.
Fabulous.
Just 10 minutes from the town of Labuan Bajo, you'll find this dream resort, which opened in early October 2025. Pink is the key. 🔑
Be one of the first to live in these villas.
There are villas on the water that offer every detail. A trial stay is also possible. Each room has a private pool.
But you can also snorkel in the sea 🤿
A private butler is available 24 hours a day. From picking you up at the port to taking care of every little convenience, you will be well looked after.
Meals can also be prepared for you on request 🥙. Anything is possible, so live the island dream.
This is a great place for those who need to stay comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed linen was white, which immediately made a pleasant impression.
There is an air conditioner and a good Wi-Fi in the room so you will feel comfortable. Sometimes it may be a little dusty, but it is easy to solve by ventilation. By the way, there is a separate ventilation in the shower.
In general, Charlitoz Homestay is a simple and reliable option for a night out, without excessive extract. If you are looking for a clean place with basic facilities, it is a good choice.
Very good value for money, the hotel owner is very polite and friendly, the hotel is 100 points, Ctrip.com is 0 points.
The hotel did not receive an order from Ctrip. The customer service asked us to refund 500 compensation, but the island was full that day, and there was no place to live. Later, the hotel owner cleaned up his house and let us live. Ctrip actually said that he would stay smoothly.
Clean, private and adequate stay.
Facilities provided were good.
Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on.
Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water.
Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.
We felt very satisfied with our stay. The house was very clean, the boss was very enthusiastic, and there was a rare hot bath. I booked three hotels in Komodo and finally had a shower with hot water (other hotels can't take hot baths, can take cold showers). The house put our things, a bit messy. The important thing is that it is very close to the airport, more than 600 meters walk! The first time I booked a hotel so close to the airport! Very cost-effective! Save the taxi fare (the taxi fare is equivalent to the starting price of RMB 25 yuan)
It is a very home place with oversized rooms. Some people in the reviews are complaining that it is dirty. A few things are a bit worn but the rooms and facilities are clearn. The bedding was comfy and clean. The hot water was hot. The pool is refreshing and was also clean. People also complain about the breakfast. There is every day just one option, I thought it was quite delicious. The staff is also very friendly. They might be a little less over the top service oriented as on Java but if you ask for anything they are more than happy to help. The WIF also works well. I would say very pleasant hotel will for sure go there again!

GGuest UserVery cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything.
While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for.
As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain.
Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha.
Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path.
Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time.
Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands)
Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭
WWictor VorobevHome-style guesthouse for your money. Quite clean. The hosts are extremely friendly. The ”reception” and some rooms have a nice view of the bay. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time and checked in without any problems or extra payments, and also received an extra breakfast. I took a one-day tour to Komodo National Park right here for the same price as everywhere else.
JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!
KKirsty Ann ElizabethThe property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However it’s worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesn’t have anything other than beer and it’s a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again 😀

GGuest UserVery close to the airport about 5min walk, however a 25min walk to the harbour luckily all downhill. Would recommend taking a grabscooter since they have no grabcar in the town. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly big so it took some time to cool the room down with air conditioning. Besides that the beds were nice and the toilet and shower were as well
AAlberico BonacciVery good place to stay, friendly atmosphere and was very easy renting a scooter directly at the guest house :-). breakfast very good. it's a long distance from the city center so you need a scooter or you can take a ride only with motorbike with Grab or Gojek. Was a pleasure stayin here, thank you very much for your hospitality.
