GGuest UserI traveled with my sisters, total 4 members. My daughter booked family room in this hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was 24 hours hot water. AC was working perfectly. Room was clean and maintained well. We felt really happy for booking room in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

JJunko SkyA Wonderful experience. Ground staff members from housekeeping, reception to supervise and manager work as a coherent team .
If housekeeping will not be prompt to clean the check out beds will get better. As most places are flexible.
